    Wow Katja and Jennifer, that weight loss is awesome. Very motivational for once I am at goal.
    4/13/13 - R2/P2 for 26 days - Start weight = 253/256, 5/10/13 - LIW = 236.4, 5/13/13 - Start P3
    6/10/13 - R3/P2 for __ days - Start weight = 235.6/243.6,

    I don't lose weight on a paleo diet myself. Only hcg lets me lose.

    Grammy, what do you think about carb refeeds with this keto plan?? I've read both goods and bads about it. I am exercising currently and not eating hardly any carbs.

    I've also noticed my stomach is "softer" than it used to be. Is that normal??? I've read that it's a good sign that fat is melting.

    Carb refeeds scare me but then I make sure to eat 30-50 grams of carbs a day. If you're not doing that, a carb refeeding would help protect your thyroid.

    Ya I've been reading a lot about them and have seen people lose more body fat with carb refeeds. I just wanted to make sure cause I eat less than 5-10g a day in carbs.

    I hate to necro-thread here but I had a question. If you are going into Phase 3, you want your weight to remain stable correct? What if you continue to lose on Paleo? Wouldn't that wreck your restart?

    It sounds like it would be a problem but it usually isn't. Paleo isn't really low carb either. You can have fruit, sweet potatoes, etc on paleo.
