    well, i've got my good foods packed but a smore just sounds soooo good. and i can get anything i gain off. we are leaving here in a few minutes so will chat with ya'll on monday.

    Have a great trip, Tanya! I love smores, too! I had them a couple weeks ago(along with a bunch of other nono foods) and gained a bunch. Totally worth the steak day, that time. I hope you dont have the same experience.
    Lorie, I'm sorry your having a hard time! I'm scared to add anything too. Seems like everytime I do, I gain a little, then a little with the next thing and befor you know it, I'm doing another steak day. I hate steak days!

    Tanya, have a great time camping! Saltlakegirl, I agree. A few ounces from this, a few ounces from that and before you know it "steak day". I don't mind steak days if I am not working and don't have to go out but if it comes at a time that I have to work or leave the house I hate it. I tried low carb tortilla and peanut butter today AGAIN. I will see what tomorrow brings. I am still up to 1.2 above LDW and am trying not to freak out. I would hate to have to do another steak day but says that is the best way to stay within your weight limits. I guess we should be thankful that we have a way of correcting our mistakes.     Good Morning!
    well, my camping trip rendered me up 2lbs on top of the 2lbs i've still got to get off. I was shocked that was all tho, cuz i ate a ton! we went out for a hamburger and ice cream! i ate a peanut butter sandwhich, granola and red licorice. and chocolate cake made in a dutch oven. some potato salad and a ton of graham crackers. had only on smore though. I am not up set at all with the 2lbs. just gonna do a Fage day today and see what happens.
    Lorie, try just peanut butter or just a tortilla. only do one and see which one you might be reacting to. I like to heat up a tortilla with real butter on it. yummy!!

    Hi everyone. Glad to see you all had good weekends. We went out for my daughter's 23 birthday last night and she wanted Italian. (I think she wanted to see if I would eat it) I did and it was wonderful. I don't even know what I had or what was in it but it was great and I was up 2.6 this morning from where I was which was 3.8 below ldw. So I'm still .6 below ldw and I'm good with that. My family is all going out of town different places this week so it's just me and the dogs so I plan to eat at home and at least stay where I am.

    well, my greek day rendered less than a lb loss. very bummed. so high protien day to day i guess.

    I've been sticking right around 1-2 lbs over LDW for weeks now. But yesterday it jumped up and put me over, so it was time for a steak day! It got me down 3.6 lbs. Yay! I'm at .4 under LDW so I'm a happy girl today.

    Bebol asked this question on another thread and I think it's a good one. -- "Happy 1st day of summer everyone. Do you all remember how much you weighed last year on the 1st day of summer?"
    Last year at this time I was around 155 lbs. Today I'm at 136.6. It's a good 1st day of summer!

    I did 2 steak days in a row and dropped the whole 5 pounds. I will not try peanut butter again. Tanya I had peanut butter on celery and gained, so it's a no go on pb. I'm okay with that. Breakfast has been strawberries and cheddar cheese, lunch has been tuna and celery, dinner is protein and vegetables. I have been having pork rinds for a snack and sometimes a peice of sugar free chocolate. I have to keep away from the carbs to stay within my 2 pounds. Happy summer to you also, Deni.     Lorie, i personally don't think your eating enough protien. I have oatmeal for breakfast, 1 1/2 c of greek yogart at break at work with berries. lunch is chicken breast with fruit, afternoon, more chicken and n apple, the come home make a turkey burger with tomato or have salad with chicken or tuna. then dinner with protien and fruit and veggies. and sometimes more yogart for dessert. not much though.
    Yes!! Happy summer! this time last year i was 148-150. stuck at 135 right now, trying to back to 133.
    Heading outside to my garden to water then plant zinnias and delphiniums in my yard.

    not sure whats going on but i did my high protien day yesterday and didnt lose an ounce, greek day not even a lb. not sure whats going on. steak day i guess. bummer. love the steak hate the day.

    Tanya, I don't know if I am eatting enough protein or not. I just know as long as I don't have carbs I stay within my LDW window but if I eat carbs I gain. I am just "cheating" when we go out to dinner. I stay mostly P3 even when out, I'm okay with it. I would rather be thin than full of carbs LOL.
