    If a steak day is needed, is there another option, I don't eat red meat?

    I tried 2 steak days and they did nothing for me, so I tried eggs and lean ground beef and lost 2.5 lbs. I had 2 eggs and 8 oz of beef. I'm sure you could do more eggs instead of the ground beef, that's just what worked for me! I don't know if you've had a problem with eggs, but some don't do well with them. Good luck!

    Hi,

    Do you mean you waited all day to eat, and then had the steak & eggs that evening?

    I have never done steak day or alternate eating but have read that some eat three meals of fatty chicken thighs and otger than coffee tea or water thats it
