So sorry this happened!
I personally mostly stay P3 but here some things I do that could help with P4 as well. Are you fine all of P3?
I start with eating just meat and veggies in higher amounts and with more fat, including bacon and avocado. I don't count calories but eat really well.
I add one new food at a time, waiting for 3 days to move to the next, like hard cheese, soft cheese, nuts, etc.
I watch the scale for two days because I have seen a delay in gain the second day often.
I do a steak day immediately the day I am over the 2 pounds allowed over LDW. I don't wait.
I go back to what I ate that could have caused the gain (so I log all my food). Because I go slow and careful, I often know what causes a jump and can then eat it less or less often or not at all. I plan to do with this with carbs this time around potentially as well.
If your round was good with good HCG and no hunger, I think that the above can work really well. I think the key is to do a steak day right away. That said, if you need to do multiple in a row, I don't think they work anymore. I'd probably go back to P3 and see what happens before doing another round.
