Ginger, this is possibly my favorite commercial ever:

Down 1/2 pound after day 1. I guess that means I don't react to BAM? Relieved!

Yay on that loss. I lost my first 2 days on THM.

I'm up just a little. But no big jump, so yay for me. Its beautifully sunny and 60 here, so another walking day for me.

    A sunshine song!

Leez, Yes, I remember that commercial. It is so so true!

Last, congrats on your losses. I love that bam cake. Time to make it again, I think. How many servings did you make of the recipe? I made 6 but was thinking it could actually be just 4 since the sisters say not to have more than 1/2 a banana in a serving! It makes a great breakfast food! Cake for breakfast, yah!

Leez, I am jealous of your weather! It was windy and wet here yesterday and today's forecast shows heavy rain most of the day. But much better than the 14 inches of snow we got with winter storm Jonas almost 2 weeks ago. We still have a little snow in the backyard despite above freezing temps most of the time since the storm. I miss my walks!

Thanks Leez. Today is day 3. Same weight as yesterday but I added a mission low carb tortilla and didn't gain from the flour. Yay! I had Fat Stripper, BAM, porky ribs (a few ounces) roasted cauliflower, and a carnitas quesadilla with a bunch of avocado for dinner I feel great that I had no gain.

Ginger, this time I used 1cup pumpkin instead of banana. I make in 8x8 pan and cut into 8 pieces. I eat for breakfast with 1/2 cup blueberries. So yummy!!!

Oooh. Pumpkin sounds wonderful. And I would say one could definitely get by with 1/4 of the recipe when subbing in pumpkin. Can you tell that I have a problem with portion control? Sigh. Did you make any other changes? I may make this today with pumpkin. It would make a welcome change for breakfast. Right now I am rotating between cooked oatmeal with egg whites cooked in with blueberries to cooked quinoa with egg whites cooked in with blueberries. Bacon and eggs with veggies 2 times a week. Time to change things up a bit, I think.

Yesterday, for lunch, I had leftover cajin quinoa over a bed of lettuce with diced green onions and cherry tomatoes! And a sprinkling of parm. It was so good like that.

Tonight is Easy (Lazy) Lasagna again. Not really that easy but I wanted to use up that other half can of coconut milk before it went bad. DH and I have settled into a few THM recipes for dinner with plainer meals like baked chicken thighs, steak, or grilled chicken in between. Still so many recipes we want to try but it is just so time consuming to make so many new recipes.

Tomorrow night is the another favorite of ours. Cab and Sausage skillet. That one is so simple and delicious.

Up a pound today, but I think I may know why. I tried to make yesterday a really plain, safe eating day so that I could test a theory that cooked tomatos have been a hidden problem for me, and it seems that it could be so. I had some cowboy grub for my E dinner last night. All the other times I've had it, I also had gains, and had gains from the lasagna as well.

So my new plan is to avoid cooked tomatoes for a while.

I find I alternate between 3 breakfasts mainly. S-chia pudding with blueberries and sunflower seeds, E-crockpot oats and berries, or E-zekiel toast, ricotta and cinnamon & a fruit. I could do a bacon/avocado with sausage& peppers thing, I suppose. But meat almost never appeals to me in the morning.

I thought you had seen gains anytime you had an E dinner?

I went back to the logs and checked that. It did seem that way for a while, but overall there is a mix of gain and loss days with E dinners. Interestingly, it also looks like some of my best lost days follow a E dinner that is a breakfast choice or that includes no meat.

That makes me wonder if my issue might be more about digestion time than sensitivity. I've been keeping in the 3-4 hours between meal range. If I am more towards the 4, I don't usually get a snack in, so not sure how that factors in as well.
