    Ginger, I use Erythritol and I think I used 1/2 what the recipe called for. That worked well with banana but the pumpkin could have used closer to what recipe called for. I forgot the natural sweetness of bananas when making the pumpkin.

    No losses for this gal! Lol! This body is holding on tight. Adding exercise in as now it has been a month of being on plan most of the time.

    I consider holding tight a "good day".

    I like the idea of using pumpkin in the banana cake recipe. I haven't gotten it to turn out right yet with egg subs though. (Granted, I only tried once. ) I may try with just omitting and not trying to sub it. Or maybe add some collagen instead to equal the egg protein.

    I exercised twice today for 5 minutes each time because of THM advice. It was a breakthrough in my thinking. At this point, I can do high intensity for 5 minutes, but not for 10 yet.

    I also did holy yoga at my church, which was interesting, but low intensity. Have any of you ever done that? What kind of exercise are you doing?

    Hi Abs, I do a lot of walking and Pilates. Good job exercising!

    Day 4 on plan. Still down 1/2 pound and holding tight. Too bad it's 10-15 more than I'm happy with. But I'm thrilled to not be going up from Reactions. It's been a week since a huge dose of a mix of cortisones to my knee. Maybe still inflamed but more likely just eating maintenance level. Love eating BAM every morning and maintaining.

    Holding tight at 15lbs over where I prefer to be. I don't care if I lose slow but I would like it to come off. Honestly the only way I lose seems to be with HCG. We travel and entertain a lot I find HCG hard to stay on. THM is very easy to stay on and entertain with. Quite honestly last summer I read the book Pleasurable Weight loss and it was about paying attention to your own female wisdom (she calls in animal), that are bodies in their innate wisdom know what they need. By paying attention to how I felt and how full I was I stayed the same weight too. I even ate bread last summer, but I was in Greece and I think they have better wheat. Last fall I tried a round and I failed at it, my head was not the game. Anyway I am thinking of doing a round again in a few weeks as we have a few things going on right now. My stomach has bloating issues and the protein and veggies are probably all I need right now to calm things down. I may have to lock myself away for 3 weeks. LOL.

    I'm really trying hard to not be in that same position, Sunshine, but I fear I am. I don't seem to be able to lose without HCG either.


    Today, a half pound drop. I had a lovely E dinner of chana dahl hummus & veggies last night. I got some de-fatted sesame flour to sub for the tahini, and it was quite good. I'm still considering doing the cleanse from THE PLAN, but hoping for a THM breakthrough before I have to resort to that.

    ABS - I just started exercising again. I have a program called Bikini Butt work outs. There are about video 12 to 16 minutes long. I usually do 2 but as I am just starting back up I do one or I am too sore! LOL. It is a good burst training with a bit of yoga. They are fun little workouts. I love Pilates on the reformer but it is expensive. I like some yoga classes. I do some yoga on my own. Exercise is something I am just putting back in. I do walk a lot but that does not feel like working out.

    Leez, me too!!! I have to laugh about the Plan cleanse as I have some of the carrot soup in my freezer.

    Oh and then there is my sweet husband who has lost even more weight! LOL. I am so happy with him though I always knew if he cut out the sugar and bread he would lose weight. He also was a soda and diet soda drinker but I weaned him off that over the past year. He used to put chocolate milk in his coffee. Little changes until he could make the bigger shift. The other shift for him is usually when I am away he reverts back to his old ways, but this time with me away and having company he made spaghetti squash with chicken and another night roast beef with a big salad and mixed veggies. I guess seeing results is motivating. He still needs 25 or more. I am thrilled that he is making these changes.

    Back up My half pound. No new foods. I need to see a loss! Happy that it's Friday. Grateful for what looks like a warmer weekend.

    Last my weight has not moved up or down .2 of a pound this week. I even ate out several times as my daughter is here. Wish it would do that 15lbs lighter!! LOL

    Holding today. Starting off with an S breakfast. May do an E lunch and dinner.

    I'm kind of getting into a pattern of having my main S meal of the day at lunch most days. I may do an E lunch today because I baked some chicken breasts and sweet potatos yesterday and that, with maybe some broccoli, is sounding good for lunch.

    I'm hoping that being more careful about not fuel stacking will pay off. I'm consciously trying to leave more than 3 hours after finishing the last bite of a meal before eating again.
