Speaking of okra. I made DH a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup for lunch today(it has okra in it). He loved it. I probably will never eat it since when I get off my Hcg round I plan to go back on THM but won't be eating dairy for a while. Just to see if that is my problem with not losing on that program. I bought some of the special ingredients. I bought the baking blend, the whey protein and the sunflower lecithin. I was already using collagen and gelatin and had the nut flours in my freezer so I don't consider them special ingredients. I like that shrinker too but mostly I love the good girl moonshine. I still drink it in P2. I use stevia for sweetening it aso I consider it on plan.
