    Thanks for the info. Are there any other symptoms of low thyroid? Also I did HCG drops , though I tread some where you could go back on them prior to six weeks ? I had some cheese but only during the binge eating after the weight gain

    Fatigue, hair loss, loss of eyebrows, constipation, dry skin are all the usual symptoms. You already lost more than the maximum allowed so you really should let your skin recover and your liver rejuvenate.

    Ok understood, I didn't even know that there was a maximum that you could loose , for skin recovery what do you mean. And liver recovery? What's the best book to buy on using HCG drops?

    Click the tab at the top that reads original manuscript. It tells everything about the hcg protocol. the method doesn't matter because the rules are the same. If you lose too much at once, you run the risk of saggy skin that doesn't recover. Your liver has just processed huge amounts of fat and toxins and needs a break too.
