    Wow! I should still be on P2 now, but I majorly crashed and burned! P2 is so clear on what's allowed and not allowed, so I NEVER thought I would cheat of have any problems. I was taking homeopathic hcg and there was definitely something wrong with it or my absorption of it or something. I realize now I was definitely HUNGRY when I shouldn't have been, but I was so light headed and confused I couldn't think clearly about it! I was making some steak for my family and ended up just attacking it! Then I grabbed some grissini and had 2 bowls of granola. I was only up .5 the next day and decided that I probably had no hcg in my system and started P3 I was down 1 lb the next day and today I'm up 1.5. So I expect I will have some difficulty stabilizing but we'll see how things go. I need to figure out what went wrong on this round of P2.

    Does anyone drink on this board? I was invited to the beer garden tomorrow. Of course I won't be drinking tomorrow and I'll just enjoy the company and the brats and kraut. But what about long term? It seems like beer is carbs carbs carbs and wine is probably not much better. Has anyone tried to have some wine with dinner with any success?

    Ugh that sucks. Wondering if steak days are just too much protein for some. If you have insulin resistance, it could very well be that it doesn't help much, kwim? Maybe do a coffee and heavy cream day with two 25g protein meals.

    whispers, don't have dairy if it bothers you. I bet your weight gain has to do with it but you also damage you gut lining by eating dairy if you are intolerant and that can cause other issues down the road.

    Confident, good luck with P3. Hope you stabilize against all odds! I have yet to have a drink. I just have not been interested in a glass of wine or some beer at all yet.

    I am finally down to 177. It took me from the 25th to get here, 8 days later. I think TOM and my new and increasing exercise routines have contributed to this so I am glad to have broken this 177 realm. By tomorrow I will have lost 10 pounds in 16 days if I drop .2 which is totally possible. I expect the weightloss to go a bit slower now that I am exercising and building muscles but I expect it to still keep going.

    Well, up 1.2 lbs...totally my fought...had mexican last night with my sister and mom....have to be good today for sure and drink lots of water..another thing I fell short on yesterday!

    Mrs. I agree with the steak day...not going to try that anymore and will stay with my coffee w/cream and do maybe a chicken or fish day instead an lower the protein count. Hopefully I can stick to my guns today....so hard with my sis in town for a week!

    Again, congrats Mrs. on your weight loss Woo hoo!!!!

    Hi, ladies. Just popping in. Weight pretty stable, even though my hormones are all whacky! Starting to have some small hot flashes.

    Peg - That stinks about the IF day and steak day. Wonder if it is too many correction days? Seems eating high fat, low carb days work when the others don't. Enjoy the time with your sister! Mexican food is my favorite, but sometimes the salt in it makes the weight gain worse than other foods.

    Mrs. - 177, Wow!! That is great this is working so well for you. Happy dance.

    Confident - Don't drink often but stick to vodka or dry white wine, myself. Hopefully you can reach some stabilization in P3. Good luck!

    Meow - Great to hear from you. Always nice when people come back to report they are stable.

    Whispers - Dairy can be very bad for some of us. Just nix it for a while and see how you do.

    Well, going to go swimming again today. Then do some studying. Life is good!

    Happy Labor Day to those in the US!

    Missymom, hormones suck! lol Glad your weight is stable though. That helps!

    I had a wedding last night, and had WINE! Also had a big piece of meat, and some meatballs that probably had some gluten in it. I fasted all day except for coffee and cream and a piece of chocolate and glad to say that my weight stayed the same. It was a much bigger portion of protein than normal, and I ate really late too so my weigh in this morning is probably affected by that.

    Today BBQ at friends' house. Plan on skipping lunch and just have linner. Probably going to be more protein than I want to have, but it's fine. Eating earlier though. And plan on having some wine again.

    Hope everyone is doing great and has an awesome Labor Day!

    Hi Ladies ! I'm back & I need your advice. Today I am on P2R2D24 & stalled. My weight has been 8/30 155.2, 8/31 154.6, 9/1 154.2, 9/2 154.4, 9/3 154.6, 9/4 154.6. So I have tried everything, detox bath, skipped a fruit, changed my menu, had 1 day organic lean veal (since I only do fish & chicken), skipped tomato & nothing. I understand stalls are common in the middle of the round. I am about 15 lbs from my goal weight. I am very very frustrated mentally on this round.

    Here is where I need advice. I can stick it out & my round ends 9/20 but the way I'm going I'll be lucky to lose 3-5 lbs. Then I was planning on taking a long break & starting my last round the 2nd week of January. "Or" I can stop this week, I'm past the 23 day mark & lock in this weight loss. Do P3/P4 for 7 weeks & then do another short round the last week in October. This would be great as we're going to Disney for the food & wine festival & I can use those 2 days to load. My logic is that since I am so close to my goal the 2nd short round might be what I need to lose those 15 lbs and I can take a break from P2. This would of been my 2nd long round on hHCG. On this round I've lost 13 lbs from my LDW but 25.4 from my loading weight/cheat week.

    I feel great about the loss this round. My last LDW was 167.6 & I'm at 154.6. After loading & my vacation cheat I started this round at 180.2 ! I just feel mentally drained this round. My body feels like the weight is "not" going to go lower. So maybe I can reward myself with P3/P4 and then charge my batteries for another round so I can lose that last 15 lbs ? What do ya'll think ?? Need advice since I'm feeling kinda down right now.
    Goal 120 (highest weight 248 Jan. 2012)

    Pandora, I think that 30 days is what is recommended to lock in the weight. I probably would go on if P2 is going fine and lose what I lose and do another round later on.

    Well, I keep gaining and losing the same pounds LOL After two days of drinking wine, and having corn on Monday as well as corn chips, I went up to 178. Am now down to 177.2 again. I should be steadily going down again from here on out if I can control the protein but it is hard! It is very easy to go over 55g and it is the only way I lose without hcg. If I eat more, at least I stay stable though so you won't hear me complain but... need to get back on track and stick with it now!

    Hi everyone !

    Sorry for dissapering ! Lifes been crazy as of late . Went home for 5 days .
    On the plus side I've gotten a new job, boyfriends gift came , school started ( yay criminology!), and my transcript issue may be resolved today or Tomo ! Weights staying good I bought some new jeans from old navy in size 4 !

    I'm glad to see everyone for the most part is doing well! I'll try and post more regular again. My roomate Ali moved back and she lives paleo too so I have even more accountability ! She does cross fit though. Anyways gotta run for the bus have a great thursday everyone

    Wow....so it has been over 3 weeks since we have all been chatting... I have been having a tough time since I have had so many ups and downs with my weight gain.....lots of going off the wagon! It's so hard to believe that just having a banana, some flax, a couple of pancakes with maple syrup and some chocolate chip cookies could cause a 4 lb. gain!!!! Sooooo....back to very very low carb....I should have known better...so wish I could eat some of this stuff without gaining! Crazy...I did a steak day yesterday and the scale this morning said I only lost .4 lbs.!!!! pitiful! eating very clean today, and tomorrow doing an IF day. gotta get these 4 lb.s off!!!!!!

    So, how about you guys? Hope you are all doing well. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Peg, you should join us on the May P2 Be True thread. Some of us have finished P2 but decided to just hang out there since the P3 & P4 threads had died down. It's helpful to have a place to check in regularly for support and accountability.
