    How much weight can I lose?

    How much weight can I lose during phase 4? I'm just trying not to stress myself with my weight gain, due to eating the damn pizza, and pecan pie! If I go back to eating like I did during phase 3 how much weight can I expect to lose per week?

    Going back to P3 eating when gaining a few pounds is the way some are able to maintain.

    You can give it a try.

    There's no way to predict what you can lose, but people have reported that it takes 3-4 days of P3 eating to correct a small gain. If its more than a small gain, it will take longer.

    You can also try adapting the foods you want to eat, into healthy versions that won't make you gain weight.

    Pizza - make your own at home. It's a lot of fun, and surprisingly easy. I make a flat bread pizza with my own sauce and turkey pepperoni. I like to mix it up with herbs, fresh basil etc. Mozzarella is surprisingly one of the better cheese options but limit this when cooking. Also, in my house, if we have a "pizza day" we either have it for lunch, or an early dinner and add a walk afterward. These are just a few ways I stayed a size 6 for so many years.

    Pecan pie... you can also make your own, but try a paleo style. Here's a recipe you might like: Paleo Pecan Pie

    We use the Hcg diet to lose the weight (and quickly) but there's life after Hcg... we just have to adapt so we don't slip into old habits.
