    tanya, that's what I'd like to do, too. I'm in P4 now, but my husband has one more week of P3. When he gets a few weeks of P4 under his belt, we are going to do the same.

    We're making almond flour breaded chicken tenders tonight...with ranch. Yum! I'm trying to decide what I want to have now for a snack because I'm hungry and I'm kind of tired of the snack food we have. I need to make up some good things this weekend to have in advance for the next week.

    I have to try the chicken tenders. i eat the same exact thing everyday except on the weekends. I am really tired of cooking every meal also. I would like snack stuff that is not veggies or fruit!

    I like the weekend eating too. It is easier to be clean for a couple days and take it off quick. Too bad I didn't do that for the last 7 years ...lol. Of course then I wouldn't have intermet all of you lovely people.

    I could get used to sleeping later than usual and weighing in 2 hours later (7:45 as opposed to 5:45). I am down close to 2 lbs after a 2086 calorie day.

    Wow, thats great!!! Sleep is really good for metabolism. I noticed in P2 when the scale wasn't moving down after a few days of lack of sleep that a really good nights sleep always helped. Pizza, yummy!!! I don't know why pizza gets such a bad rap. You've got tomato sauce, calcium rich cheese, spices, and a little crust. Mmmmm.

    I had my 1 week weigh in at 154.8. Exactly 2 over LDW on Monday morning. Not worried b/c I eat clean during the week and intend to be down to LDW by Friday. Then....load days for P2. The only thing about P2 I'm looking forward to is to son be fitting into my tens. I started with VERY TIGHT 14's which is what motivated me to start hcg. I'm wearing my 12's now. I figured after losing 17 pounds (15 if you subtract loading pnds) that I would be at a smaller size. I'm only 5'1 1/2" tall. But I guess I have to wait for R2 to get into the 10's. Most of my clothes for work are tens so this will be a good thing.

    One day of clean eating (but still around 2000 calories) and back down 1.1 and at 146.6. I'm hoping another day or two of the same and I'll edge down a little more. I would love to be at 145 which was my initial goal even though my LDW is 148. I'm not super concerned about it because if I can stabilize at 146-148 which it seems I have done, I'm not going to sweat a couple of pounds. Stabilizing and learning how to eat for life is more important to me these days then a smaller number on the scale.

    Who here has been on P4 for several months now? Those of you who are, are you stabilizing well? I have been until just recently and suddenly no correction days work any more and it's terrifying because I've not eaten differently or badly or really anything in which you'd EXPECT to jump up on the scale. It's like this slow creep up is going on and I can't figure out why or how to stop it.

    Help!

    mini, ive been in the p4 mode since easter. I have pretty much stabilized at 134. my low day weight was 132.2. I fight to get to 133 so i've just stayed here. Correction days are still working for me quite well. This is my 3rd weekend in a row to pretty much eat whatever i want and then do a correction day on monday. I love it! This last weekend i ate chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and a little gravy. ice cream twice, 5 yes 5 big huge home made oatmeal cookies, a grilled cheese sandwich with clam chowder, french toast with syrup, and pancakes all eaten over 2 days. I only gained 2.5 lbs. i was shocked! I ate 3 l cup bowls of greek yogart yesterday and a turkey burger patty and the 2.5 lbs was gone this morning! I will continue to eat clean this whole week. I'm not going anywhere this weekend so will try to keep this weekend clean also. I'm not gonna push my luck! I'm going to the women of faith conferance in portland ore, on the 8th and you cant take your own food in, so i will have to eat what is provided. I'm pretty happy with getting this figured all out!
    If i were you i would write down everything your eating for a few days and see what might be causing your gain. are you drinking enough water? i've been very bad about not getting enough in lately. I hope you figure it out soon!!

    Good job! Maybe I need to change up what I'm eating, I tend to fall into a rut so maybe I need a shock. Going to try some tuna tomorrow and see if it helps. I down a TON of water every day it's not an issue.

    I have eaten pretty much the exact same thing every day for the last 5 months. its just this last month or so that i've started eating on the weekends like this. there is so much i cannot eat though. corn, one corn on the cob and i'm up a lb!! plums, grapes, cherries. a bunch of other stuff. so i've just decided i will eat that stuff on the weekend.

    Hello everyone,
    I start P4 in 2 days. I have been stable on P3 and look forward to P4 because I am going on vacation 4 days after I start P4. I just know I will be doing a correction day and eating clean the following week. I will need to keep good notes on the foods I ate and try them one at time to see which one makes me gain but I am not going to worry about it to much this time.

    jacqden: It was easter the day i started p4 and i ate way to many things i should not hae too soon. I have not stabilized well since then. it's a fight to stay at my ldw. i've adjusted it twice now. I added in carbs way to fast. that is just my experiance and wanted to share, that this can happen. I ate a corn on the cob the other night gained the lb i knew was coming. ate totally clean the next day except for 2 little jr mints. gained another lb. i was so mad. ate totally clean yesterday no cheats and didnt lose 1 ounce. so i am doing a correction day today before the weekend. I'm going to an all day scrapbooking thing tomorrow and know i will eat something i'm not supposed to. will do another correcton day on monday. I wish i could just eat clean and get it off but that just doesnt work for me.
