You ready- well you can do it, just don't make excuses why you can't. Get a cookbook. Look up recipes. Start a thread on this forum and you will find out that there are ALOT of people who are going through or have gone through what you are. Once you lose 30 lbs, you'll be like, "Let me try another 30." Success breeds success. And adds self-confidence to boot.

I really only eat tomatoes and broccoli as veges and venison, beef, chicken, white fish, shrimp, eggs, and crab for protein. Something has got to get you hungry for protocol items. Find it.

Fine, say nothing does. Then control your "cheat". Introduce on non-protocol item a day and see if you gain, stall, or lose. It is more healthy for you to lose 60 lbs in 6 months than lose 25 and gain half of it back. The longer you're on the diet the more you understand how important it is to take care of your body.

Some of the folks I have worked with one-on-one have felt similar feelings. If eating 800 or 1200 calories a day means you stay on the diet (but not protocol) and you are losing weight (extremely slow), then stick with it. If you stay on protocol you can lose fast and get off this awful 500 calorie "choke-fest". 110 lbs in 6 months was because I stuck with protocol. I was on Stage 2 (VLCD) for approx. 130 days. Cheated a few and stalled 'bout 5 times(no fun). But what kept me going was the mirror (results) and this forum (encouragement). Tap this asset and get ready for the complements to start pouring in.

Serious man, it is worth every bowl of ice cream I didn't have, every beer I turned down, every toilet seat I didn't break. I am more a man for it now because I showed myself that I can control what controlled me.

    Comprende?

Anyways you are going to do the 23 days and have that satisfaction, I am not trying to take that away from you, just trying to goad you alittle to stick with it alittle while longer.

    Bros before donut hoes.

    Peace>
I will stick it out.. I have no doubts there, and i dont feel that I will cheat at this point.. was just getting some things off my chest. Thanks for the advice.. down another 2 pounds today.. so forward we go!

    Sweet. Glad to hear.

Fat does not melt away- you burn it. You may lose inches and not pounds.
    Conclusion: hhcg works.

    Any questions?

Awesome job! You did great and look fab. And your point to fedup23 is correct, many of us are tired with the choices but I found out in round 1 that too many changes caused me to cheat. I stick with chicken, gala apples and spinach or cabbage or lettuce. I have thrown in a hamburger with no problems but I try to stick to the tried and true for me.

Fedup....I hear you on the veggies...I am on r5 and pretty much have tomatoes and broccoli for my veggies. Spinach chips sometimes. Try having beef for lunch instead of dinner. I think thats whats making this round better for me. I fry it up with tomatoes and/or onions, season it up like meatloaf..very satisfying.

    Anoncan...awesome inspiration

You mentioned blurred vision connected with hbp. I am on hbp meds and I just realized at 19 lbs down my eyesight isn't so blurry. Coincidence?
Way to go. I love this diet. I am new to it and trying to decide if I should do a 3 week p3 back into another round without 3 weeks of p4. Keep up the great work. Thanks for posting.

    You can do it.

What's stopping you. Not trying to challenge you but just wondering.

This is great to hear! Congratulations on your weight loss. I really needed motivation. It's hard being on HCG as most people think it's extremely dangerous. Keep on keeping on.

I agree, I dont tell anyone anymore that i am on HCG, all i hear about is how dangerous this is and how I will gain it all back and I am messing my metabolism. Its hard for people to fully get the gist of dr.simeons protocol unless they read the pounds and inches book. I had to read it several times myself.
