Thanks! I had my gall bladder out after my first round 4 years ago. It may have been caused by the VLCD, who knows. Mind you, I have no regrets about having it out and no problems at all since

CAZZITA: That is exactly what happened to me - one great round with 30 lbs down and BAM first gallbladder attack ever and surgery 2 weeks later!

SORRY, didn't mean to hijack the thread.

NATHAN aka THE DUDE: Very inspirational! So excited you are still doing well couple years later. My hubby is doing this upcoming round with me (if my HCG ever gets here) and I am going to have him read your thread. Just so he can see someone else in the same boat having success. Congrats on doing so well! :-)

Thanks for the compliment. Going through the different stages with a partner is the way to go. I didn't have anyone but this forum as my companion.

    Hope it goes well.

    Ciao

This is an old thread and the original poster isn't around. That happens a lot.

    I'M BAAAACK. hahaha

Update, hu? Well the short of the long, I got really depressed and gained 50# back. Not too bad, just a few months of hcg and I'll be back to normal weight. Just started another round this week and and have lost 11.9#! I'm at 270.4 and hope to lose 20# in the next few weeks then another 20# after that to get to 230# so I can fit into the close that I bought a few years back.

I reread my post and was encouraged to stick with this plan. I am doing these rounds with my wife. She has been a real help to sticking with protocol. You guy's replies are also encouraging. Keep them coming, I know you like the posts too.

    Signing off... for now.
    Male, 6'6'', 35, before 334.6 lbs. ~ after 224.3 lbs.

    I lost 110 pounds in 6 months.

One year, 110 pounds down and holding

Fat does not melt away- you burn it. You may lose inches and not pounds.
    Conclusion: hhcg works.

    Any questions?

Welcome back! FYI- If you are doing drops again be sure to get drops that contain hcg in them. A lot of drops that used to contain hcg don't contain it anymore so you have to read labels carefully. I did my first round back in 2011. Ive just started a new round. Best of luck!
