    136 to 122 25 days injection success!!

    Well phase 2 I completed with a 14lb loss!! I did injections and was never hungry after the second day in. I stuck to protocol never did an apple day and my LIW was 122. 72 hours later I was down another pound or 2. I slowly added foods in Phase 3. Cheese, eggs, olive oil, etc. A couple weeks into phase 3 I had a business lunch meeting at cheesecake factory and ordered salad which had carrots and ranch. My body likes ranch!!! One lunch meeting I went with salmon and it had a thick artichoke sauce..... Super worried and parinoid.... no gain!!! I am almost 2 weeks into phase 4 and have never gained more than 1 Lb overnight. This night did not bother me at all and the next day was gone. I had started running again early in phase 3. When you start exercise and wake up soar it is literally your muscles retaining water to repair tiny tears. It disappears and your muscles become stronger. Two years ago I could run a marathon. I stopped running and started overeating. I always wanted to go to the gym and get back on track. Honestly to be out of shape and feel overweight is embarrassing and sadly the reason I did not run for 2 years. I had been trained to break walls, to be mentally stronger than most athletes, I was trained to leave 100% behind you and walk away great. This diet was the only thing that brought my confidence back to not be embarrassed to say "I messed up, I'm back, here's my 100 for the day to leave behind." To get this back is amazing and hcg was step one. This diet exceeded expectations and my weight is always between 118-119! I'm 5"7, 36, and 15% body fat. I eat 1800 calories a day without any issues. Greatness is achieved by those who dig deep and don't give up. Thank u hcg for getting me back on track. Last note this forum is great and the support and feeling of genuine beings is awesome!!

    Congrats! You are my inspiration! As you know I'm also 5 ft 7, 36 and on day 9 of the protocol. My body fat is 28 percent though LOL. I'm at 133.3 today and I feel SO good compared to where I was, down like 12 lbs from start, but I also know I can lose a lot more fat around my stomach, low back, hips, thighs and butt. Really hoping to do that and not lose too much lean mass where I feel like I need to stop losing, you know?

    I have always looked and felt good around 128. Did you stop injections at 25 days because you reached goal early or was that your planned days?

    I can't remember - on your first few days did you straight into eating 1800 calories or did you work up to it? And if so how did you? (Like what did you start at your first day off VLCD and how much did you increase calories each day until you got to 1800?)

    Also, could you give me a kind of sample menu or what a day looked like for you food-wise?

    Finally - I'd love to see before / afters - or just afters! Congrats on all your success!

    Sorry my selfie skills are not up to par but this is after. I was unfortunately not able to max the 1800 calories the first day. It took me a good week to build my appetite back up. I waited to start running until I was at a minimum bmr. I did not want to put further burden on my metabolism. There are tons of online Phase 3 recipees with great variety. My favorite was calliflower crust pizza!!

    You look amazing! Congratulations. Yes, more and more it seems I'm reading that your calories just WON'T be high at first, even adding in some full-fat products and unlimited veggies/meats. So it's a gradual process naturally, if you eat to hunger. Does that sound about right?

    I eat to hunger..having done P3'successfully after a few rounds
    I am not,that tall so my calories i rarely eat 1800 but closer to 1600

    Thanks, Kimm! I'm on day 21 of injections (only have 30 syringes) so 9 more at the most. Tom just arrived, and my scale just went wonky (batteries were low) and now all of us went up 5 lbs so I have no idea where I am. Just going to stay POP and ride out TOM and see where I"m at after adding new batteries. How are you doing?

    You should now be on a more exciting menu!!!!! Water weight is weird and sometimes before bed after harder workouts I pop two advil which seems to help with this. I have added everything back in now! Well not desserts or drinks with sugar. I get physically sick from sugars easily. I am training for my 5 minute mile now but probably a year away since my intervals are quarters at 6. Yesterday I had a dinner roll, mini potato with skin, salmon with cream crepes sauce, prime rib, veggies, and salad with ranch at our dinner buffet! Like I said water weight is so weird because I lost .8lb today?!? So happy to have my normal life back and inspiring yet attainable goals to achieve in front of me. You should totally set a goal after you get a handle on getting back to calories consumption in Phase 3! Rooting for you!!
