This Diet works! and here's the proof

NOTE- For some reason all my photos and graphs have disappeared? See link to updated graph, you'll see there's more there additional rounds there...read why!

    Hello

I could give you a long long story about how hard it is to loose weight, but you know that or you wouldn't be here. I just resigned myself I was going to be an old fat man like all my friends till I saw people loose on HCG. I immediate dismissed it as "a fad diet" and "that's not healthy" but what got me is they kept it off. So when people at work did it I was literally SHOCKED how much they lost and how quick and I gave it a try. Below you'll see a chart on my results, I used MS Excell to graph it when I started my 3rd round.

Round 1 - 225 to 194 in 40 days, 36 pounds...how can you argue with that! After seeing that success I waited and thought I can actually get to my ideal weight and elected to do another round.

Round 2 - With loading 202-182 in 27 days. I figured I 'd loose a few more pounds in phase 3 and quit early but I quickly let my guard down and after about 6 months I was back to 194.

Round 3 - 200 -177 in 34 days. Goal attained! and I was able to keep it off for 2 1/2 years but I slowly lost discipline again and it crept back to 194 so I decided to do another round and relearn how to keep it off.

Round 4 - 205 with loading (gained 5lbs in 1 day if you can believe that!!) and ended at day 25 at 179 (Avg. of .83 lbs a day) have stabilized at 176.0...Very happy!

EDIT -I have also read the negative stories about HCG, such as: the FDA found "no evidence it was effective" and " weight loss same as placebo groups" I can only comment on my experiences that each and every round produces exact same losses almost to the day (+/- .2-.4 lbs) If this is a placebo as some clam it is the most consistent and effective placebo in history!

    Tips
    1) Get good reputable products
    2) follow instructions EXACTLLY...EXACTLLY!!! I saw a section here "cheating" there's no such thing. one gummy bear will ruin a whole day, maybe two.
    3) after your done weigh in EVERYDAY and do not accept ANY gains...NONE

Any questions ask away or PM me

You write "do not accept any gains...none". I think this gain might be constipation, its been 3 days...Do most people gain a little while till their next BM? This is the first day I had a gain. I have been absolutely perfect on the protocol, am using injections from a doctor. Am using this forum for more support and good general info. Thanks for any input! Happy Holidays!

Well Audrey perhaps I was being a bit dramatic, of course you'll fluctuate a bit. What I really meant was it is almost inevitable the weight will come back unless one is extremely careful what they eat and diligent about monitoring weight.

My problem was after 6 months I'd let my guard down and gain a few pounds and thought..."well that's not bad" Then 6 months later gain another few and think " well it's only a few that's ok" then 2 1/2 years later I'm up 15 pounds :-(
Hence the "don't accept any gains" tip

I think the key is to set a realistic weight goal window and stick to it. So if you goal is 175 then you go back on when you hit 179 or whatever you max comfort weight is and you stick it. You have to allow some fluctuation there or you will be doing constant corrections and especially for women our bodies fluctuate a lot and you will only be throwing off it's natural rhythm if you over correct it. I can go on vacation, gain 5lbs and come home, return to normal eating and be back to my goal weight in about a week with no corrections. Given a chance my body will correct itself 99% of the time. Or go out to eat see a bump of 3lbs from sodium and be back to goal weight in a couple of days. The key is knowing why you gained and giving your body a chance to correct it. If it doesn't, then you correct it.

Or if you see continued gains obviously you have to say whoa time to do something. I see far to much over correcting done though and in the end I think that is why so many people have a hard time staying at goal. They get their body so unstable it has no idea how to fix itself. The 2lb max that P&I allows is not realistic for most, one high sodium meal can easily put you 3lbs up and there is no reason to force a correction for that. Just eat clean (no reason to pound water either) the next day and your body will handle it on it's own in a day or two. You can't force your body to stabilize you have to let it find it's own rhythm the more you force it the harder it's going to be to keep the weight off. Learn to work with it, not against it.

Good advice and congratulations on sticking with the program. You are right..those little creeping gains can be 10 lbs before you realize it i try to use the 2 lb limit though once in awhile ive gone up 3 temporarily. Since i travel i weigh on different surfaces in different time zones but i still weigh and bring my scale to hotels. While i indulged over Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays i followed with 3-5 strictly clean eating days to clean out my system. I keep a small 3/5" notepad to record my weights since 2011 I gradually kept lowering my goal weight each year and hoping r5 is my last. In the past i stayed away from forum when i reached goal. This time i stay involved. I also try to follow similar to THM eating crbs with protein and low fats some meals and high fats and proteins with low carbs other meals. It shakes things up.

Thanks so much for sharing and congrats on the weight loss Akcharger! You mention getting "good reputable products" and I was wondering if you went to a doctor or ordered online through something like safemeds or one of the others mentioned in these forums. The reason I ask is because like you I have done HCG in the past and I've been able to keep the weight off and when I would put on a few pounds I would go back to my Dr. and get a new prescription and guidance but what I also got was a lot of judgement and negative energy and I want to do another round but I just don't think I can go in and see my Dr. again so I'd like to order and do it on my own, but want to make sure I'm getting a safe prescription grade HCG. From what I have read in these forums, there is a good chance the hcg from safemeds isn't so... safe. I feel more comfortable buying from the US but I don't want to go through a clinic and pay the hefty price tag. Do most people use nU Image medical still?
Grammy1952 or Akcharger or any others if you have suggestions I'm happy to hear from any and all on the best place to order from.

    Thank you again!!

I've always done hcg drops. 1st 3 rounds were in Alaska at Alaska HCG, this last one I got them direct from Lighthouse wellness in ID...it's the same products that the Alaska HCG place used. Product is fine, I found the support from Alaska HCG FAR superior to going direct to the lighthouse place. in AK the Dr. would call you back and answer questions within a few hours..it could be days till you hear back from the place in Idaho. If you're smart on the program and disciplined then it's no big deal.

    Good luck!

Great job thanks for sharing. I love the statement accept no gains. I know sometimes people fluctuate but I took that to mean don't cheat. It's hard to come on here and do the diet and cheat to set yourself back. It's like why do it? I know I've cheated a time or two in previous rounds and it just isn't worth it. This time I'm disciplined, focused, and ready to keep the days I'm on this the lowest possible, so NO cheats at all! Lol
Hi everyone. I'm new here but not new to hcg. Please feel free to send me a message and say hi. I love to talk to people and share success stories! I'm hear to learn and encourage people! I've lost 30 pounds and I'm currently using Homeopathic Hcg. This has changed my life.
