Well, I’m back, and doing another round grrrrrrrr. In short held at the 177-179 weight for almost 2 years then started to slip, in each case when I changed a behavior weight did NOT go up right away so I figured I was good...then weight creeped up slowly. I didn’t ballon too bad, 187-189 but I had a window of opportunity before summer so thought I’d hit HCG again. here’s what the causes were:
1) lost water drinking discipline
2) food discipline, again, at 1st small changes didn’t cause gains before they did
3) Rum punches...I LOVE floating in my pool with rum punches, perhaps too much :-/
Well good news it’s Phase 2 day 2 and 1st weigh in I’m down 4.6 pounds. Target this time is 169...let’s see how it goes!
