    Doing it again :)

    Hello my name is Jason. I am 46 years old, male, and am doing HCG once again. (5th time in 6 years)

    I have done HCG in the past with great success. I tend to be able to keep it off for about 9-12 months then it creeps back. I wish it was longer and I always try for longer but, **** happens. I am starting it now before all of the weight comes back. I was 188.9, I got down to 160.0 and am now back at 175.5. Goal is 160.0 again... Doing a 21 day injection round and twice a week a B12 injection. We will see how it goes.


    Phase 1 - Loading
    Day 1 (Nov 9th 2018) - 175.5 - Loading Day - 40.75 inches at the belly (3 liters of water)
    Day 2 (Nov 10th 2018) - 175.0 - Loading Day - (for some reason I lost 0.5 pounds) (3 liters of water)

    Phase 2 - Weight Loss
    Day 3 (Nov 11th 2018) - 175.0 (4 liters of water)
    Day 4 (Nov 12th 2018) - 171.2 (4 liters of water) (Took a B12 injection)
    Day 5 (Nov 13th 2018) - 170.3 (4 liters of water)
    Day 6 (Nov 14th 2018) - 169.7 (4 liters of water)
    Day 7 (Nov 15th 2018) - 169.7 (4.5 liters of water) (Took B12 injection) - STALL
    Day 8 (Nov 16th 2018) - 168.9 (4 liters of water) (40.0 inches at the belly)
    Day 9 (Nov 17th 2018) - 168.0 (4.5 liters of water)
    Day 10 (Nov 18th 2018) - 167.4 (3 liters of water)
    Day 11 (Nov 19th 2018) - 166.2 (Took a B12 Shot)
    Day 12 (Nov 20th 2018) - On the road, no scale (3.5 liters of water)
    Day 13 (Nov 21st 2018) - On the road, no scale (4 liters of water)
    Day 14 (Nov 22nd 2018) - On the road, no scale (3.5 liters of water)
    Day 15 (Nov 23rd 2018) - 164.2 (4.25 liters of water)
    Day 16 (Nov 24th 2018) - 164.2 (4.5 liters of water) - STALL (39" at the belly)
    Day 17 (Nov 25th 2018) - 163.2 (4 liters of water) (ate nacho's for dinner CHEAT)
    Day 18 (Nov 26th 2018) - 164.0 (4 liters of water) (Took B12 injection)
    Day 19 (Nov 27th 2018) - 163.2 (4.5 liters of water)
    Day 20 (Nov 28th 2018) - 162.6 (4 liters of water)
    Day 21 (Nov 29th 2018) - 161.8 (4 liters of water) (Company Christmas Party tonight)
    Day 22 (Nov 30th 2018) - No Scale to weight myself - 500 cal, no injection (6 liters of water)
    Day 23 (Dec 1st 2018) - 161.7 - 500 cal, no injection
    Day 24 (Dec 2nd 2018) - 161.7 - Start maintenance.


    Phase 3 - Maintenance: Weight to maintain is 161.7, +/- 2 Pounds
    Dec 3 - 164.0 (WTF, not a good way to start, went to the Keg and had steak and King Crab)
    Dec 4 - 165.7 ARG!!!!! - Skipped breakfast and lunch and snacks. Had a steak and an apple for dinner only.
    Dec 5 - 163.5 1.8 pounds up from last injection. Back below the 2 pound mark but too close for comfort.
    Dec 6 - 164.1 - Up again, Phase 3 is NOT going well for me at all. And I am not sure why. Skipping breakfast and dinner again.
    Dec 7 - 161.3 - Back on track!
    Dec 8 - 161.3
    Dec 9 - 160.7
    Dec 10 - 161.2
    Dec 11 - 161.4
    Dec 12 - 162.1
    Dec 13 - 161.1 (39" at the Belly)
    Dec 14 - 162.0
    Dec 15 - 163.8 - WTF ARG!!!

    Dec 17 - 164.9 - OMG not again!!!
    Dec 18 - 165.8 - Doing a steak night, tonight.
    Dec 19 - 162.2 - STEAK DAY FOR THE WIN
    Dec 20 - 162.8 (39" at the Belly, 14.25" at the Neck)

    Dec 22 - 162.4
    Dec 23 - 165.0 - No-one to blame but myself for this one, I went off the rails.

    I am 45 and have the same issues with great loss, then within a year weight going up again as I get lazy about watching my foods. Good luck with this round. I am on vlcd day 13 with 6lbs to go to hit my goal.

    Thanks......

    I had a "whoosh" right off the bat, I know and understand that is water weight but it sure feels good to see the scale jump like that
    Protocol says to drink a min of 2 liters of water. My personal goal is 3-4 and I am finding it pretty easy to do.
    I am taking Potassium and Magnesium pills as well, but have stopped my multi-vitamin.

    Results are good..... I am losing weight and that is good. On pace to what I expected from this round.


    Side note:

    I am taking B12 injections with a "fat burner" added in. I have heard some negative things about doing this but also some positive ones, I think it depends on each persons body. I decided to give it a try. I can say I have none of the side effects people said they got. (I have only done 2 x B12 injections so far) but I also can say I do not notice any difference at all. This is my 5th time doing HCG over a period of 6 years and my results thus far are on par to the previous 4 times I did it without the B12. So I am not sure there is (for me anyways) a benefit to it. I have it so I will continue to use it, but I do not think I would do it again.

    Just wanted to say Hey! Moved from Black Diamond to Texas a few years ago so fun to see someone from my neck of the woods on here.

    Keep it up. I never noticed much from B12 but think it depends on how deficient you are and how your body metabolizes it. Fat burners really amount to nil in the big scheme of things especially if you are a big caffeine user as they usually seem to be loaded with caffeine and when I worked with my trainer (former pro bodybuilder) said they were less than 5% increase in daily burn.

    Each of these is on the same day – Day 8 (not including loading days)

    Round 1 – 7.2 pounds lost
    Round 2 – 7.1 pounds lost
    Round 3 – 9.5 pounds lost
    Round 4 – 8.0 pounds lost
    Round 5 – 7.6 pounds lost

    Round 3 was my best round (at this point) but otherwise on-track to any other time I have done this.

    About to start a 4 day road trip for work... This is going to be hard... I packed a case of water, fruit and vegetable... But the protein is another story...... I also will have no scale to monitor stalls or such.....

    Just got back and feel like I did really good. I did have one small break down where I ate something I should not have.....
    I weighed in today at 164.2 which is 2 pounds down from when I left..... Hopefully I do not see any change in the coming days.


    6 injections left!!

    Great job on making it through your trip. Any time away from home can be tough during P2. Doable, but it does require extra discipline.

    Thank you..... It was NOT easy, everyone around me eating whatever they wanted, ordering off a menu....... LOL.

    Like I posted I had one break down but based on my results it did not have "much" of an effect..... I will see over the next few days but since it was Tuesday I think I am good.

    Well today of all days I broke down and cheated. ARG I am so mad at myself.

    Today was Grey Cup (Canadian Football) and everyone around me had beer and hard booze and soooo much food.......

    I ate a good sized portion of the nacho's with cheese and ground beef on it. Nothing else, not even a nibble, but that was enough. I feel like crap, I wish I could turn the clock back..... Not looking forward to the scale the next 2 days and what that did to my forward progress. stupid stupid stupid.


    lunch - chicken and celery
    snack - apple
    dinner - nacho's, cucumber (yes I ate 200g of Cucumber after I ate the nacho's)
    snack - Orange
    Water intake 4.0 liters
