Hello Mgsondance, I'm so happy to have read your tread because I just love your story and courage. You are a very strong lady and you've came a long way. I take off my hat to you. After reading this I feel great because I do have 100 lbs. to lose and you gave me Encouragement to go on with it. I want to thank you so much because some of us reallly needed to hear this from you. I just started my loading and listening to you, I know I can do it too. I have one question to ask you, I read that you have to first do 40 days on injections, P3, P4. I have 100 lbs. to lose so do I have to stop the injection 40 days or can I continue on with P2 for 60 days then do P3 & P4? Thank you again for the encouragement. Japeyez

I'm getting so frustrated with this diet. Not with what i am eating and not eating but because I don't seem to be loosing. I am sticking to the Diet to a T with NO slip ups. I am not going to give myself a shot every day just to cheat and not stick to this diet. I started off doing really good and i thought. OH yea this is going to be great I wont mind sticking to the diet. Now on my 3rd week I'm not loosing anything really .2 here and .4 there then I gain it back so I don't know what is going on. It's making me think this diet isn't going to work for me. I've done one apple day and lost albs but gained it all back in days withOUT cheating. I read the back of everything and weigh all my food. on my 2nd week i did have my TOM which i know caused a stall but why am i not loosing into my 3rd week.???

Has anyone on here lost 100+ pounds using HCG? If so, how many rounds did it take you? I have 140lbs to lose to get down to where I want to be. 155lbs to get where the Dr wants me. Has anyone been able to lose this much? I'm trying to avoid gastric bypass.

Start weight 332.3 Current weight 261.4
    Round 1 -37.5
    Round 2 -32.1

That's pretty much what I have to lose... I am on the eve of Round 3 (meaning I start loading today), have lost 77 lbs so far. That was done with two rounds of HCG and strict paleo in between the rounds, where I was one of the lucky ones still losing 1-2 lbs a week. That is not a given, but for me HCG was a complete life-changer. I suddenly only eat small portions and only when hungry, have absolutely no sugar and carb cravings anymore... and at 307lbs, that was a dream I never even dared to dream. It took me 6 months to get down 77 lbs... doesn't seem this long.

I am now hoping for another 20 lbs or so in round 3, then another long paleo break - and I hope to be down app. 150 lbs after 10-12 months. Might take a tad longer, but it really doesn't matter - once you start losing, only the way down matters... and you will start feeling empowered within a short time. Who cares if it takes 10, 12 or 24 months? You could have spent that time staying fat or gaining even more... down is better.

Head on over to the Big Girls? We are all in your position or have been there - it's actually the only thread where I am still active.

This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.

    Hello everyone,

My name's Elliot, and I'm new to the program. I'm having my big farewell to junk food today (day 2 of load in), and then I'll be joining all of you on your journey. I don't have nearly as far to go as many of you, but I'm finding the prospect of this whole process strangely intimidating. Your stories have given me a lot of hope.

I'm a 29-year-old man who finally got a good job after years or retail hell, and finally got a place of my own after half a dozen horrible roommates. These 60-70 lbs are the last hurdle I need to get over before I'll feel ready to start dating again and building a real life for myself. Reading your stories, I feel like I have a real shot at getting there.

I know it sounds like a cliche, but you're all beautiful and you deserve to be loved no matter how big or small you are. Don't forget that as you work toward all your life goals. And thanks again for being here.

Elliot. Congrats on taking the step to a healthier fitter you. If I could do it my old age than anyone can. I started march 2011 and reached my goal weight in aug 2011. I wanted to go further on my own so I dropped about 5 more lbs. I started on march 29 because I went 6 lbs over my goal weight but actually the same as my last injection weight but I reset my goal weight lower so I want to lose only 16 lbs with short round. Let me emphasize the maintenance step protocols are very important to keep your weight established.

Hi! I used to live in MV too. You can do it! I have 80+ lbs to lose but would like to lose 60 by mid September. Getting married then.

I also went through a rough patch to with dating, finances and roommates, etc. You will get through it. Just remember that the right person likes you for you. Once I knew what I deserved, it showed up. It will work for you too.
    4/13/13 - R2/P2 for 26 days - Start weight = 253/256, 5/10/13 - LIW = 236.4, 5/13/13 - Start P3
    6/10/13 - R3/P2 for __ days - Start weight = 235.6/243.6,

    Hi Everyone!

I just found this group and would like to join. I Started at 235.4 pounds I am on VLCD 23 (doing a long round, injections), I am currently at 208.1 pounds. I have 65 more pounds to go as my gw is 143 pounds. I see here are a few people that have lost 100+ pounds, that is amazing and congrats to you all! I am getting married on 21 December 2013 and I cannot be a overweight bride! I am using this as motivation and a way to help me stay on track. I just keep thinking of my dream wedding dress and looking like the girl my fiance met almost 5 years ago.

This is my first time on HCG and so far it has been great, no hunger, loads of energy and I am learning a lot about myself in the process. It is so inspiring to read others success stories and I really hope I will be one too.

    Have a great day everyone.
