Congrats on your success so far. That is an awesome success!!!! So great for you to share with us... This does show how amazing this diet works. Most of us know that, but there are so many that don't believe it, and you sharing and showing the pictures is fantastic. You look great.

You look Mahvelous!!!!! That's what I love about hcg, it will shrink your head and face in a good way that allows you to remain youthful and attractive, which is unlike other quick weightloss methods that leave many looking older and more depleted in the face

    Here is my story!

On January 14, 2017 I weight 390 lbs. I'm 5 foot 9 and 41 years old. My sister runs a weight loss clinic as a doctor in Florida. She put me on a 45 day HCG protocol. (Injections daily)

My first round I lost 57lbs in those 45 days. Amazing results. I then did a normal diet of very healthy eating through the summer and lost 23 lbs more. I started my second round of HCG on November 3rd and finished today with a weight loss of 56 lbs in the last 45 days. A total of 136 lbs so far!

    I now weigh 253 lbs.

Hcg protocol (phase 2 and 3 ) has given me the tools to eat healthy and still enjoy food. It has changed my life. It certainly has been very hard to do (including going through thanksgiving at 500 calories!) but I'm so glad I did it.

I still want to lose another 60. I will spend the next 4 moneths starting back up intense workouts and a regulated 1500 calorie diet and see how much more I lose that way. I may possibly do another final round in the spring.
    Awesome, Mark!
    Well done, sir!
    & kudos to your sister!!
I say your life has been spared.

Curious if you had to get your eyeglass frames adjusted. Huge difference. WOW! Do you even recognize yourself? When I lost over 40#, I actually wanted my picture taken...I still thought of myself as big, and shocked every time I looked 'little.'

    Congratulations. You are very cute!!

Thanks for the compliment. Itís been a great journey. Though. It easy!

I hate all the pictures on the walls in my house because they are all when I was almost 400lbs. Lol

Same glasses but probably time to do something about that!

Glasses still look good on you, so only replace, if needed.

Curious..... Question, is the pic in the lower right quadrant more recent than the one on the right with just two pics?
