    Hcg Diet Week 1 Results - Success :)

    I'm so happy to share that my week 1 results were a success. My waist is down about 5 inches, and I'm 7 pounds lighter. Not bad for 7 days, with one avocado night, one green bean meal and balsamic vinegar- none of which were POP I also struggled a bit feeling icky for a few days this last week. I thought the Lipo shot dosage was too high, but it turned out to be the coffee I was drinking. I've nixed the coffee and then realized I was feeling like my body "needed something" - not hungry, but something else of a strange feeling. So, I increased my dosage to 175iu (from 150iu) and now I'm feeling amazing- no hunger, lots of energy blah blah blah.

    I'm back in a size 12 (I was in a loose 14 last week) already, so I'm thrilled by that. I would really like to be back in my pre-baby size 8 by the end of this round, but I think I may go ahead and test some different foods etc, which will more than likely slow my losses.

    I'm curious how everyone else has done with their 1st week- how much did you lose? how did you feel? any tips that helped you?

    I am down 10.5 first week. Someone told me this morning I looked thinner. Have not measured yet.

    Day 9 phase 2 and I am down 15.4 pounds. I have been very close to plan. Tonight I had grilled beef and shrimp?? Not supposed to mix proteins. I have been drinking a few Nestle flavored water. I am weak in the morning but coffee picks me up till lunch. After Lunch I am fine. Good Luck to all!!

    Heading into week 2, week 1 resulted in 13.8# loss THRILLED with that, best round since my first which was over 17# the first week.
