    Thumbs up sweet...

    ROCKING!

The trainer had some interesting points. I think weight lifters use HCG in some regiments, right? So in their case they will lose muscle because they are going to have to work-out less, not like me who didn't work-out at all back then.

50% back, hu? That would mean I would gain back 55 lbs- NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Really I think the trainer had good intentions but just like the other HCG test done, they are giving us tainted results.

Personally, not sure I really cared to much about what other people said 'cause I saw my own results- like you. But I don't look as good in a "biki-suit". hehe

    Cheers!
    Male, 6'6'', 35, before 334.6 lbs. ~ after 224.3 lbs.

    I lost 110 pounds in 6 months.

One year, 110 pounds down and holding

Fat does not melt away- you burn it. You may lose inches and not pounds.
    Conclusion: hhcg works.

    Any questions?

    Godspeed

Ok girlies! I am back! And with update pics. I will post a few current, semi-nudity ones...deal with it. HAHA!

    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...I/HCG/back.jpg
    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../HCG/Back2.jpg

And now for the part you don't want to hear.

This was NOT done with HCG and CANNOT be.

I lost the majority of my weight with HCG but even when you get to the bottom of the barrel, you will still have fat. I looked bigger at my 116 HCG weight than I do right now at 120.

For an example, here is a pic:

    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...eencompare.jpg

On the right is me at 116lbs fresh off of phase 3 and on the left is me at 120lbs with healthy diet and working out. Can you see the difference?

You want that sexy, bikini look? You will have to do some weight lifting and cardio and it's just not possible to do a good work out on HCG.

I will tell you now, HCG taught me a LOT about myself and how to eat and food but it will not get you where you are wishing and hoping it will get you. I had this amazing full butt that the guys LOVED!! HCG destroyed that. It destroyed my boobs to some extent too. It takes fat, it doesn't care what kind of fat and I ended with droopy old lady butt. You will end up with stick legs and arms as all the fat will be removed from there first...almost completely (think anorexic looking) and then it will leave you with a cylindrical torso, the fat doesn't seem to move from there no matter how low in lbs you get. So basic summary, stick legs and arms and no waist due to fat clinging to the midsection.

I had to replace my missing butt fat with muscle because the solid sexy curves didn't come back. They were filled back in with droopy, old lady, butt fat. It's as if the HCG loss process ruined the elasticity of the fat structure and made it so you fat stores di not replenish in a normal order.

Anyway, I know I couldn't have gotten to where I am today without HCG but it is not going to get you to your final goal. The last stretch must be done HCG free and on a healthy diet. I wish all of you the best of luck and PLEASE stop the cycle of use at some point.

I agree with you, danidoll99. HCG is a great way to lose a significant amount of weight, and I doubt I would have been successful without it. But it left me with a body I just don't recognize. I miss my "bottom" fat and my breasts. I'm one of the rare people who didn't regain any weight after 3 rounds, except a little bit of muscle weight from working out. I wanted to drop 10 more lbs., but I didn't want to risk another round of HCG, so I started eating primal. I've lost an additional 14 lbs. without HCG and feel very healthy and strong now. I've developed a little bit of bottom muscle, but it will quickly droop if I don't keep it up (no pun intended). HCG is not without consequence. It does change your body shape, and it does take great discipline to maintain the losses. But it was also literally a lifesaver for me as my blood pressure was sky high and now it is optimal. I second danidoll's advice to use HCG sparingly. Use it as a tool to lose enough weight to take you out of danger or obesity, but then you may want to rely on healthy eating and exercising for the last 10 to 20 lbs.

Danidoll, you look beautiful and healthy. Congratulations.

Thank you Bebol for the compliment and telling us your story, too.

When I was doing HCG I felt so lost and all I wanted was someone who had been through it and come out the other side. Now I am hoping what we have said will help others here. If you guys have any questions, feel free to post here as I will be checking this thread regularly.

Thanks for the data danidoll, I'm a male and weigh 165 at 5 ft 5 in I would like to get down to 145 by the 21st ish of august. This will put me into a body type that will need to loose another ten but gain another ten with muscle. I was thinking of going primal and exercising instead of p4, do you think this is a good idea?
