    I knew it! Butter has been a health food all along. AND full fat FAGE.

    I remember a nutritionist I used to work with saying "I consider butter one of the good fats..."

    Wise woman, she was.

    I'm glad they are admitting the 1983 studies were wrong. Instead of going after butter, they should have been going after the butter alternatives.

    Indeed. I shudder when I think of all ll the transfat I ate all those years growing up when my parents bought Fleishmans margarine because it was supposed to be healthier than the raw farm butter they grew up with. I then continued eating that aberration of science into adulthood.

    In fact, my dear grandmother had to sell the real butter she had always made from her prize Jersey cow because our family wouldn't eat it anymore. We could have been enjoying that wonderful stuff all along. It makes me mad.

    Not only that, but I now find I'm corn-sensitive, and that brand was made from corn-oil!. I got a double whammy.

    I love to eat butter.Some time in breakfast I take 2 or 3 slices with it.
