Thread: Adjusting drops?

  1. #13
So last night I was a little hungry, like an hour or two before bed. This morning is OK. I had a much longer really sweet spot yesterday (12-6pm). No hunger yesterday morning but also not that sweet feeling, if that makes sense. I decided to not take my drops in the evening so I had 8 drops 2x. I think I will do 8 drops 2x today to see where I am at?

Let us know how it goes. You might need to be at 6 drops 3X a day. This experiment should tell you.

Yes, that may be a better distribution. I do think that 18 drops total will be the sweet spot. I took 8 this morning (wasn't thinking) but will adjust to end with 18 total.

Great news, because its not just about being comfortable, but the lack of strong hunger indicates the hhcg is working at full efficiency for both fat loss and muscle protection. Super important!

I'm planning my next round with hhcg. Would you recommend that men start at 60? Or maybe a higher number than the 45 drops a day?

15 drops 3X a day is already a little higher than the usual start dose of 10drops 3X day. That being said, adjustments needed are usually increases, as the 10 X3 is a rather low dose.

There is no problem with starting at 15, 3x day for men. You can always increase should you experience any hunger.

Thanks. I wasn't sure where to start given I had immunity issues a few years ago with the Rx version. I had a different handle then (newoutlook) but I forgot my login details:

    Hypertension on HCG

Looking forward to starting again! I'll start with 15 3x a day.

One other thing. Since it's homeopathic, can I go as long as I want on P2, or is it still 40 days?

Homeopathic hhcg does not create immunity issues, so you should be fine. A couple hhcg tips: Remember to keep the hhcg away from strong light and magnets. And percuss it before using each time. Since hhcg is frequency based, the percussing helps to increase its effectiveness.

To percuss the hhcg: Gently smack the bottom of the bottle with your palm 10-15 times. This is not the same as shaking the bottle. This action helps to release the active ingredients and prepare the drops for use.
