Thread: Adjusting drops?

    So last night I was a little hungry, like an hour or two before bed. This morning is OK. I had a much longer really sweet spot yesterday (12-6pm). No hunger yesterday morning but also not that sweet feeling, if that makes sense. I decided to not take my drops in the evening so I had 8 drops 2x. I think I will do 8 drops 2x today to see where I am at?

    Let us know how it goes. You might need to be at 6 drops 3X a day. This experiment should tell you.

    Yes, that may be a better distribution. I do think that 18 drops total will be the sweet spot. I took 8 this morning (wasn't thinking) but will adjust to end with 18 total.

    Great news, because its not just about being comfortable, but the lack of strong hunger indicates the hhcg is working at full efficiency for both fat loss and muscle protection. Super important!
