    Adjusting drops after weight loss

    Good morning!

I've lost 10 pounds thus far and yesterday was my first day to be hungry. I'm on VLCD 17 and plan to go through 21 until my drops run out (they may just make it there). Has anyone adjusted your drops down after losing weight?

I've taken 5 drops 3x a day and I'm using the real stuff! This is my 4th round on the homeopathic drops but it's been a few years so I just don't remember.

    Thanks!

It is not uncommon to need to change dose mid-round.

If you have already taken your first dose today, skip your first 2 doses tomorrow, if by evening your hunger is less then proceed with 4 drops 3X a day. If hunger is worse, then increase to 6 drops 3X a day.

You can't really know which way to adjust unless you do the skips.

Thank you Leez. So to confirm, continue with the 5 drops this afternoon and this evening, then proceed with the skip doses tomorrow.

Yes. You want to do it all in the same day so that you can judge your hunger by the early evening, before you would take your last set of drops. Adjust at that point.

Thank you Leez. I skipped the two doses today and have had no hunger so I'll decrease my dosage.
