    Cheated TODAY NOOOOOOOOOO Day 30

    hey everyone

    Im feeeling not so good today, i was making brownies for my hubby and i licked my finger and before u know it i probably ate about 4 tablespoons of batter, also i was making him french dip with roast beef, had 2 slices of roast beef (deli) and a bite of his sandwhich complete with butter and cheese and bun...and then half a brownie once they were done.....I have cheated once before on one full meal on valentines...and gained a lb the next day and stalled for 3 days.....MAN OH MAN i hope i just stay the same and dont gain, i have taken 2 tblsp of apple cider vinegar and am in the process of drinking a crap load of green tea....


    HOPEFULLY i dont gain much or stall...I am 151.0 this morn and I was SO excited to get into 140's before wedsnesday.,...damn me

    Its my day 30 as well, I ve done pretty good so far for only cheating twice i guess

    Just in case anyones interested haha...i gained .6 the following day..i thought to myself PHEW thats not too bad...till i wake up the next day( this morn) and im up 1.6 on top of that NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOO

    Hello, I had a really BAD, BAD cheat yesterday! I didn't weigh myself this morning cuz I don't want to face the truth. I am getting right back on track and will drink a ton more water, keep my fingers and toes crossed and just keep going, part of me wanted to just say, this hcg program isn't for me then I looked in the mirror and said, it has to be! Please help, feeling sorry for myself!

    Don't worry, get back on the horse and dust yourself off! You have already come so far!! At least you waited until day 30, I caved at day 7!! But, we are only human and this is big restriction

    Thats the right approach! get right back on track! Cheating is normal its part of the human condition lol :P

    Drink lots of water! I am also taking two tblspoonsof apple cider vinegar diluted in water today. hopefully that helps, I also started taking my birth control pills after my weeks break...i wonder if that has anything to do with it Hmmmmmmm..we will see what tomorrow Brings!

    You're right, I just needed to hear some encouragement from someone else so thanks for the reply Ser Bear, I will do apple cider vinegar too. All the best to you

    Whenever I cheat, I always take 2 tea bags of 3 Ballet Green Tea (I could spell it wrong but it is the green box with 3 black ballet ladies). Usually 4-7 hours later almost all of the food will be cleaned.

    It could help you from gaining much weight I believe.
