Is it possible to continue HHCG after diet?

Hello! I am on my second round of HHCG, this time on pellets, which are working much better for me than the drops. I'm a slow loser so I will probably need a third round but that's okay because I AM losing.

Here's my weird question: Before I started the diet for the first time, I was having some slight dizziness and migraines (have had those for years). With the HHCG, the dizziness disappeared and the migraines are so much better!!! (And yes, I"ve been to the doctor for the dizziness. NO one can find a reason.) So, is it possible to remain on a very low dose of HHCG even after the diet to keep my headaches at bay? Like one pellet a day or every other day????

I'm curious to know the answer to this question as well. I also experience many benefits from the hcg and was wondering if I could take it after p2, the way someone would take other hormones.
I don't know how often or how much the body builders take it.

I'd also like to know the answer to this as well. I have headaches (not migraines) nearly every day. After a few days of the hhcg in my system, I don't have headaches and it's such a blessing! Only drawback is that I don't have periods on hhcg due to Depo shot, but when I am on hcg, I have them and they are erratic and irregular and unpredictable. I guess, for me, it's pick your poison.

Could the migraines and other problems be caused by your old diet? Maybe something you have eliminated since?

I think that most migraines are the result of sensitivity to things we eat or drink as well as other environmental things, smells, etc. You body has been rid of whatever it was that was triggering the migraines. Be very careful with adding things back in during P3 and pay attention to what causes you issues.

My migraines are cased by hormones and stress. Amazingly with all the hormonal fluctuations during my two pregnancies, my migraines were few and far between. The birth control I am on now is supposed to really help with such migraines.

Personally, I am really liking the pellets over the drops because of ease (I can throw them in my purse when on the road -- which we had been quite a bit this summer), I feel like I am getting a more consistent dose (I never got the droppings right unless my hubby gave them to me and I never found a sweet spot), and I have not had the hunger issues on the pellets, thus a much better fit for me. If I do another round, which I probably will since I lose slowly, I will use the pellets.

Just bumping this back up to see if anyone knows if you can keep taking HHCG for the side benefits.

I am so thankful for this thread, as I was coming here to ask about that, too. For the past three years I have been having really bad joint pains in my knees to the point, where at times I could barely walk. I have tried everything and the Dr. tells me I seem to have inflammation in my knees that just doesn't want to go away. However since I have been taking the HCG my knee pain has improved tremendously and I can only associate it to as one of HCG's benefits.

So with that said, I did see a young men, who's Dr. has him on HCG for health reasons, so I am wondering if it would help me as well, if I stayed on it. I would really love to hear feedback on this. Thanks so much!

The decrease in knee pain could be a side effect of losing weight. And if it was inflammation, it could have been related to something you were eating. Not necessarily the HCG itself

Migraines are hormonal. hcg raises the hormone levels. Find a dr who specializes in bioidentical hormones and he'll fix you up. I had daily migraines for decades before discovering that migraines are from hormone imbalances. Now I rarely have one.
