    Doing Round 2 on Pellets - Need Advice

    Hey guys, I did a round of injectable HCG back in February 2022-March 2022. I did the short version (I think it was 25 days or 27 days total, before moving to P3) I saw very good success the first time, but the cost for me (I am in Canada) was $1000 bucks for 25 days, so very steep. I lost 38 lbs during Round 1, and then have lost a further 25 lbs since my LIW from R1, mainly through keto and exercise.

    I now am planning to start Round 2, but will try the IM pellets this time. Having never done the pellets before, I do have some questions.

    1.) Is the protocol the same for pellets and injectable? Like day 1/2 is gorge, Day 3 is the start of VLCD #1? Have anyone done this diet for 15 days? Is it advisable to shorten the length? I know you can go up to 40 days, but wasn't sure about going less days.
    2.) The bottle says take 2 pellets, 3 times a day leaving 15 mins on each side of taking it with no food. Any tips on this?
    3.) Are the pellets as effective as the injectables?
    4.) What should I realistically expect from doing the pellets?

    Is there any other supplements I should be taking? one of the services from the provider of my injectables was weekly shots of B vitamins/cholene.

    My starting weight for R1 was 270 and my starting weight for R2 is 207lbs. My goal weight overall is 180-185 lbs.

    I find hhcg just as effective as injections. I have used injections, drops, tablets, and nasal spray.

    The protocol is the same. The length of the diet is the same, 21 dose days starting with the loading, and ending with 2 days of VLCD after your last hhcg dose.

    If you have eating keto before hhcg, stay with that. Cut out fats but do keep eating enough protein.

    What would be some good ideas for the two gorge days. The last time I did this, I really gorged with some horrble food (fast food, pizza, chinese food)...any suggestions? I am trying to avoid those pitfalls for the gorge days.

    Stick to healthy fats like avocados or nut butter. Salmon is fatty fish. I would include good steak etc. just do not overdo starches and sweets

    I second Rose's suggestions. Don't eat extra sugars and starches, emphasize healthy fats like bacon and eggs, nuts, butter, cheese, cream, fatty fish and meats. Basically eat like your regular diet but with extra fats.

    I eat my normal high -fat keto diet, and I don't bother with "gorge" days.
