Hi Pcanagirl, I have had a hard time placing the patches. I tried on my back, front and top of shoulder and all seemed to run into my bra strap. Next change day I may put it lower on my shoulder. It may be that I am quite busty, but from my experience anywhere near a strap has led to the patches getting torn off or crumpled up.

    Best wishes on Round 3!!

I have a weight watcher scale and it measures body fat. I have no clue how it works- other than you press the button to measure body fat, and stand on it like you would for a weight reading. ♥

Try placing them closer to the middle of your back (spine). I literally just stick my arm over my head, and "slap" the patch on. I am busty and haven't had issues with the bra straps since I put them closer to the middle of my back.

Good idea, BV. I start my next P2 with the Patches on Thursday, and was wondering about placement. I'm a very busty DD myself & wear substantial bras to help my fight with gravity.

That is exactly where I placed it! It's sitting just on the inside part of the strap on the back .

Day1 of loading is done and I am still stuffed...jeezzzz! I can't remember the last time I had a donut let alone 2 in one day ugh. Pretty sweet and what a greasy after taste. I am loving the fact that I don't have to wait "x" amount of time before and after in order to eat! I am having some of the same symptoms that I have had with the drops ie: mild headache a bit fuzzy headed today...

Boy I hope that I am loading correctly this time. Last round was a bust because of not loading properly...fingers crossed!

    Have a great night!

PC... just continue to eat foods high in fat and you will do fine. Are you planning on loading for two or three days?

Well I am also very busty and I wear mine right on the left "girl" Lol. It's under my bra out of the way. I have no issues there.

I plop mine on right over my shoulder closer to the spine and have had no problems. Sometimes put them lower on my back closer to spine and that seems to work. As for being busty...less and less on this diet. Seems to be the first place I lose. I'm starting p3 Sunday due to social things coming up. I'd rather try and be good on p3 than chance cheating on p2 and setting myself back. So as of today I'm down 15.4lbs in 24 days and it was by far the easiest time I've ever had (Love those patches!). I could go longer without any problem but I know I'll be way too tempted to cheat at the things I'm going to. With the drops and pellets I couldn't wait for the minimum time to be up.
Now to do p3 the right way! After r1 I did it to the letter and kept off the weight. R2 and R3 I guess I got cocky and cheated here and there without bothering with correction days and the weight came right back.

Thanks for the patch placement suggestions. Today was a new patch and I put it closer to my spine this time to avoid the straps...so far so good!

Divie64 - today is the end of week 1 for me so I measured, and the only place I lost an inch was my bust! Guess I am on the same trail of losing there first.

hughes678 - I did the full three days of loading and I ate egg burritos with cheese, meat & green chili (a New Mexico tradition - they're huge!) for breakfast every morning, I bought a bag of almonds that I snacked on mid-morning with a whole milk latte, and I usually turned to those almonds mid-afternoon too, for lunch and dinner I just went for the high fat foods I knew I would miss - Indian buffet, cheeseburgers, mexican food, pizza, etc. I would also eat avocados sprinkled with salt for a snack. I think I had a pretty even mix of good fats and bad fats on my load days, but I did cut out sugar and alcohol, and I didn't have any hunger issues my first week. Good luck to you!

On another note...TOM is approaching for me, and I have seen that some people keep the patch on during TOM even though Frequency Apps says to take it off for your heavy flow days. I have been sticking very strictly to protocol, so I feel inclined to take it off per the instructions. I do have appetite suppressant patches, so if I do take it off I could just put one of those on for a few days. But I am nervous about being off hcg for three days while on vlcd.

Anyone have any feedback or pros/cons for keeping the patch on or taking it off?

As an informal poll, if you keep the patch on during TOM - "like" this post!

Thanks for posting your loading foods - some people say they "gorged" for 2 (or 3 days) but when they actually start listing what they had . . . well, they must have a different definition of "gorging" than me. Anyway, I appreciate it, because I'm doing a lot of the same, along with munching on nuts throughout the day. Other than my a.m. coffee I started cutting out other sources of caffeine early in the week & won't have any sugar on my 3rd load day (hoping to avoid first week headaches) - just fat, fat, fat.

My first VLCD starts on 3/31 (Saturday). This will be my 2nd P2 round, but the first on the Patch.
