But, no, I do not skip days, and I am pretty sure the packet I received mentioned nothing about skipping a day. They do say to take off your patch the heavy flow days of your period, but I am choosing not to do that as many people on homeopathic hcg tend to keep taking it during TOM.
    Thanks so much!

I would call and see if they can help you so you could find the patches successful. I keep reading from so many that are successful and I know a couple of times I had questions and was struggling and they were really helpful and gave me good suggestions.
No, I didn't try 2 at once. At the risk of seeming incredibly wishy-washy, I'm trying them again today/tomorrow/Friday, again with drops at-the-ready just in case hunger moves in big-time at night (I'm SUCH a food vampire), hoping this back & forth between drops & patches doesn't totally screw up my P2. I REALLY want these to work, since so many have had such great success with them. Will check in tomorrow & update. Thanks so much for the support!

Update - Still on patches; Weight dropped nearly 2 lbs overnight. Did great with them last night (no "food vampire" hunger) but did augment with 7 hhcg drops this morning (so hungry I was extremely queasy) & hunger went completely away.

I'm thinking today will be the last day I have to add drops to help convert over to patches full-time. Maybe it is just taking MY body a little longer to transition? That's okay - I'm ready with both!!

BTW, DD is VERY happy with her patches - she has lost 10 lbs. this first P2 week.

Everybody - LOSE, LOSE, LOSE!! And if you are on P2 this weekend, BE STRONG. YOU CAN.

This really has been the best round. I'm getting kind of sick of cooking every day so I'm cooking up a bunch of meat to have on hand, but I have no hunger and I actually forget to eat sometimes! Ugh! I'm sticking to rather bland stuff right now. Fish gets Old Bay, chicken gets salt and pepper and ground beef gets nothing! My veggies are just salt and pepper. Lemon, salt and pepper on my salads. I think it's the best way for me to get through this. The food is getting rather old to cook and to eat but I'm determined not to cheat and so far I haven't!

I'm just curious if the two patches are still working for you? I am restarting again Tuesday and would like the patches to work. In general I am a hungry person lol, even on the drops I still had some hunger but on the patches it was too much. I am willing to use two patches, or supplement with drops, the patches are certainly easier since I just have to remember to change them every 3 days. Any way! Curious to know how it's going?

Just put the first patch on today and have had to force myself to eat junk... I have lost 20 by myself since the new year and gotten into the habit of eating better, so this is killing me!

I have been reading this thread as I am interested in the patches, but have only done drops before. But I will say that you should never eat "junk" for loading. The purpose of loading is to fill up your normal fat stores with healthy fats in preparation for the first few VLCD days while your body is starting to use the HCG to release the fat from your abnormal fat stores. You want to load on protein and healthy fats, like avocados, dairy, cheese, nuts, etc. You can eat some to the things you know you will miss, but you will do well to avoid a lot of starch and sugar as those will just make the yucky feeling and possible headaches of detox worse as your body is ridding itself of all the bad things you may have been eating before. JMOHO.

Hi, Gwenna - I never did try TWO patches at one time. Since I ordered only one set for myself . . . and don't want to order another . . . I didn't have the extras. (I'm going a full 30 days on this P2) I still augment my daily "I feel queasy" hunger (almost same time every day around 2-3pm) with drops; however, I'm lowering the number of drops I have every time, and it is still working. I should be totally off drops by the end of this week.

I hope the combo doesn't screw up my P3, but I have always had a very high tolerance to whatever is introduced to my body (as in Star Trek, I'm like The Borg - I adapt quickly! ) Maybe doing a little of this/a little of that keeps my body from totally adapting to either? Not sure, but my numbers are really good so far, so I'm just going to keep on with my experiment.

I guess I shouldn't have used the term "junk" so loosely. Just eating things I normally would limit portion wise like a nice juicy burger and a big breakfast over the weekend, but just got back from the grocery a little bit ago. About to start portioning this weeks food out! Can't wait

    Christy,

I felt the same way a few days ago. I talked to the frequency app customer service and she told me to try 2 patches for 3 days and up protein a little bit and I feel better now. She sent me 2 free replacement patches and even gave me 2 samples of energy patch and workout patch! Talk to them, they are super helpful and VERY nice!
