HCG Patches - Seeking help...possible immunity?

I am on round 2 & have been using the patches from Freq Apps. Per their success guide it said to wait 3-6 weeks before beginning round 2. I waited 3 weeks due to my schedule and I am 4 weeks into it and extreme hunger set in...to the point of cheating. I increased my water, cut out fruit, and increased protein per suggestions, but the hunger hasn't subsided and my stomach is growling. Could I have immunity to the HCG pathces? Should I stop and go into P3?

    Help
    Thank you!

I don't think you can become immune to the patches. It sounds to me like your body maybe telling you it's time for a break. You may just need to stop and wait a bit and start again. I found with each new round I needed to wait longer and keep it shorter. I couldn't do really long rounds after the first. So I would go into P3...

    Good luck!

I've had this happen to me before... I think that that patches sometime loose it's affect early.. I will either change the patch to a new one, or wear two patches at the same time. I'll take the first patch off when it's time to, and just keep the second one on by itself until that one's ready to come off. And I'll go back to just wearing one. Make sure you are storing the patches away from electronics and such. Also contact the company they might be able to give you a better answer to why this is happening.

    Hope this helps.

Great advice! I also sometimes do this place a new patch on and also leave the old one. I don't know if it benefits but I figure it completely uses up the old patch and I like that.

Sure don't mean to be a "downer" here but while the HCG patches have worked really well for some, I had to get off them after 2 weeks & go back to drops. They just never got rid of my hunger like the drops did, and I could adjust drop dosage as I went along.

    My 2 cents.

It does not matter how slowly you go, so long as you do not stop.

Actually I have found the hunger is usually caused from too much hcg- try wearing each patch for 4 days?

Hi...your hunger could be from too MUCH hCG in your system, so try taking the patch off for 12 hours, then when you put it back on, put it on the right side of your body instead of the left. This worked like a charm for me. I kept all subsequent patches on the left. Good luck!!

They didn't work for me either. I have only done RX and I know how I'm supposed to feel when there is actually hcg in my system. That sure wasn't it and I had crazy hunger. I tried wearing it longer, moving it around, nothing worked. So I took it off and went back to the real thing. Many have done fine on them but I sure hated them. Good luck!

    Hi,

I know I'm late to the party, but I just wanted to say that I lost 53 pounds over 2 rounds using the patches. I used the ones from Frequency Apps after months of research on all the different options & the difficulty of getting rx hCG in Australia.

The only time I felt hungry was in the 2nd round & it was for 2 reasons - I didn't load properly because I didn't want to gain weight & I started off using pellets which gave me too much hCG & made me famished. I dropped the dose after advice from Frequency Apps & it was all good from there.

I can't recommend this diet & those patches highly enough to anyone considering either. This diet is amazing!

As I mentioned, I lost 53 pounds & my husband, who only did one round, lost 41 pounds. Unbelievable! We're now on a strict Paleo diet & have also managed to keep it off for almost a year )

    Good luck!

If you are hungry you should be eating all your food. I don't know why you would cut food out. I also agree it may be you either need to adjust the patch for more or for less. If you have issues contact customer service they are excellent and always seem to know what it is. Also I have found writing everything down and measuring it accurately is important when you are struggling. I hope you get this calmed down and have a good round!
