    HHCG open container

I have been using IM hhcg this round. At first, all was fine but now I'm exhausted and hungrier than before. I bought the IM drops that was a pair but I was hoping to use the second one for the next round. I'm wondering if I messed up my first bottle though. I noticed that I quite a few times have forgotten to screw the top of the bottom back on tight after using it. Like completely loose so that if I pulled on the top without unscrewing it, it would come off. I also don't refrigerate the drops. Have I degraded the potency of the drops?

No. The things that would deactivate your homeopathic drops are storing in light, or near electronics or magnets. Storing at room temperature is fine. Many people keep them in the back of a drawer or cabinet.

If you are hungry, you probably need to adjust your dose. Intermountain thinks you always need more if you encounter hunger, but you can be sure by doing a skip day.

On hhcg, skip 2 doses out of your daily 3. By the early evening of your skip day, take notice of your hunger level. If is is lower to non-existent, that indicates your dose is too high. If your hunger increases noticeably in the evening, it means your dose is too low.

Hi Leez! Many thanks I am skipping today already and so far I feel good or less hungry. I will follow your guidance and see. Many thanks!
