    HHCG weight loss journal

    I hope this is allowed! I was hoping to post my meals as well as a quick update just as a journal, for myself and anyone who may like reading.

    I had 2 cups of coffee this morning, and a quart jar of water, with the juice of a lime and electrolyte powder. Forgot to weigh myself, ack. That is OK. Doing a 40 day round and hope to lose 20 pounds.

    Weight ???

    Lunch:
    Cajun Cod
    2 soup spoons of pico

    Dinner:
    Garam Marsala chicken
    Cucumber

    Dessert:
    Strawberries and yes, chocolate sauce!
    The chocolate sauce is made with 1/2T of pure unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2T of milk, and some stevia. Add water as needed. Only for dark chocolate lovers! I had this last round every day and never experienced any issues. Cocoa powder=a spice hehe

    It was a great day. A little craving for food right as it was lunch and dinner and I remember that being OK/normal. Feeling positive!

    188, 8 pounds more than I thought and am hoping to get to 160 but will need another round most likely. After the holidays! And then who knows! 150 is good too I am 5' 7"

    I ate the same two meals as yesterday except the chicken was with cajun spices also.
    A little hungry or empty before lunch but not after that anymore. Lots of water, with electrolytes and lime. Worked out today and everything felt normal.

    Can't wait to see what the morning brings!

    Today's lunch is chicken, tomato, and cabbage. I was however a little hungry all morning. Mmmm.

    My usual strawberries with cocoa powder "sauce."

    I will skip two doses of drops tomorrow and take my evening drops and see how things go. I may need to adjust because I have been hungry much of the day, except for a few hours before dinner.

    Morning!! so sorry that you are struggling with hungers...its the pits!

    I am blessed that I experience absolutely no hunger, a few cravings the first few days but then generally very good.... not even hunger before meals, I guess because I spread it out over 2 or 3 snacks and 2 meals..

    I see we are very similar in weight and goals.... 1 am 1 pound more than you this morning and I am hoping obviously anything this round can give me but aiming for 165-167... that will give me 3 weeks P3 and a nice 5 week over Christmas and New year... and I will start loading on Saturday 2 Jan...

    The January round I have to play it by ear....Every single round I was on I get stuk around 154... I may go down to 165 ish but inevitably pop back up again.... But hopefully by doing a Proper P3 and P4 will help.... I also have to look out for getting too saggy because of my age... but my experience with HCG is that because no muscle is burnt I generally feel good.. a few soft bit. and that's why I want to start toning as soon as the weather permits

    I could never do drops...I would be so erratic in that I would skip the dosis during the day... hard enough to remember ONE injection!

    Yes, me too. I have a plan so here is hoping I will have a clearer picture by this evening.

    Same plan! I was hoping I hadn't gained as much and only needed one round but I have resigned to the fact that I will do two and get to 150 where I think my ideal weight is. I could have been happy at 160, but not almost 170. It will be nice to have your company! P3 has always been my happy place so I am looking forward to it. P4 is another matter. Eating carbs makes me eat carbs and go haywire. I will probably stay P3 through the holidays and make keto treats. Or I may try some carbs ( I LOVE sweet potatoes) and see what the scale does over a few days and no just one.

    Skipping drops this morning and the next dose to see where I am at this evening. Still hungry. Manageable but I don't want it to stay this way of course.

    Weightloss is good but who knows if this will mean anything since I am hungry.

    Will add meal pics as the day progresses. I am really enjoying making them special. I also want to savor each bite because it is so little LOL One thing that crept in was snacking instead of making a meal so that is one habit I want to change: make a pretty plate and sit and eat it.

    Lunch
    Egg and egg whites, tomato, and green onion.

    Dinner was chicken with sour kraut. Didn't look like anything worth taking a picture of LOL I love sour kraut though! Mmmmm!

    That is the worst... not finding your sweet spot....i only ever once did drops and found it fiddly... injections may sometime cause a tender spot or two but once a day and easy to adjust your dose....i think drops work the same way as shots so i will ask... have you done a pregnancy test with it yet?
    Losses are great, another question.... how much water do you drink and do you do the water test when you feel hunger?

    Pregnancy tests won’t work with homeopathic. Someone else can chime in on the science behind that but in my uneducated mind... the hcg hormone is “infused” into the homeopathic drops. It’s diluted a few times. That’s why it’ll say things like 3x,6x,12x etc

    I don't know what the water test is but yes, I drink plenty! 2-3 mugs of coffee, 2 mugs of tea, 1-2 cans sparkling water, quart water with electrolytes and lime or lemon juice, and extra jug water when exercising.
    And as Maggie mentions, I am on HHCG. This has worked really well for me in the past but things change. I have not used Intermountain before either.

    Maggie - my very first ever round I thought was homeopathic drops... tested positive.... maybe it was not homeopathic.... so lets see what the take is on this... always like learning more aboy the product!

    Sounds like you had sublingual hcg. Instead of mixing for injections it was mixed for placing under tongue.
    Hopefully someone else will chime in.
