P3 Day 8
Today starts week 2
Weight 169.6 so up again but only 0.6oz. and no bowel yet so I think I am good.
I ate my normal breakfast, nothing all day, and then a large meal of kalua port and cabbage around 4:30, strawberries, kale chips, and olives for snack later when I got hungry, which was good because it added 200 calories that I needed.
I think my setpoint is going to be closer to 169 than 168 which is fine by me but being so close to 170 is stressful. At what point do I say OK 169 is my new setpoint and it is two pounds up or down from there? After P3 is done? 10 days of hovering there?
Plan for today is my usual breakfast, steak and Greek salad for lunch, chicken chili without beans for me/with for the fam (yay for a big and a small IP!) for dinner! Adding feta to my diet!
