    Homeopathic hhcg does not contain enough of the hormone to register on a pregnancy test strip. That does not mean it is not effective...just that the manufacturing method uses too small an amount of HCG to show up in a test strip.

    Oh, it is so good that I am taking pictures and can see back what I did that day. Perfect. My weight is the same today and I was trying to figure out why, aside from a normal no-loss day, which is entirely possible of course.

    I knew after I had it that I had 1/2 T of extra (whole) milk. But now I see the eggs. So could be either, or neither LOL I also went on a walk and worked out so that may cause some water retention. My right leg can cause me problems and hurt and it was hurting when walking.

    ETA: I had Spry gum as well! Mmm not sure that is allowed.

    So P2 Day 5

    Skipping drops this morning taking 8 around lunch and dinner. Hunger is better than last night and I will have a snack this morning I think.

    Snack is an orange!

    I had cajun fish with cucumber for lunch and for dinner chicken cabbage curry with applewood smoked salt and pickled garlic.

    Still a little hungry but a lot better! Not the same deep feeling. Took two 8 drop doses today. Will probably do the same tomorrow and see.Energy is good.

    P2 Day 6

    Weight 183.6
    Definitely less hungry, and going to see what the day brings! Had strawberries for breakfast and added some pumpkin spice to my coffee. Fall is in the air!

    Plan for lunch is spicy crab cucumber salad, and dinner herb dijon mustard chicken with cabbage and tomato [orange ginger chicken<<<that will be tomorrow] over cabbage. Will add pics later!

    This was so good! Used rice vinegar, mustard, salt, and stevia for the dressing. Crab is expensive but again, I am worth a little splurge!

    Up from yesterday but work out kicked my butt! I am thinking my stall two days ago and this gain are the same: working out. Fine with that.

    Busy day and I am prepping my meals or in the car. Crab salad again, and the chicken orange ginger. Probably strawberries for breakfast.

    ETA: not the orange ginger chicken again haha. I realize I want that warm and I am out all day. So herb dijon with pico it is

    ETA: home early! Orange chicken it is. It looks the same as any other chicken and cabbage dishes but it is not! Lovely smells and delicious taste!

    MrsStrong... I cannot but wonder are you born and bred in the states or have you got mixture of nationalities in your own or husbands history?... you love playing with your spices....
    Also notice you fo a lot of these fun spicy recipes with your chicken... is that because like me... plain chicken can be so bland........ but have an idea now with the possible addition of cream cheese...

    I am from The Netherlands and grew up in France!
    Cream cheese for P2? Like is there fat free cream cheese? Yum!
    I dreamed of another meal: Boiled egg (I have pickles eggs) with crab and a cut up pickle into a salad (I don't think tuna is protocol?), and using the egg white for some meringues with stevia.

    Weight 182! No hunger!

    Breakfast
    Made myself a smoothy with fat-free plain yogurt, strawberries, stevia, and water.

    Ahh that makes sense... my ancestry is Dutch... my grandfather came to South Africa at a very advanced age ... we have a rich history in the Netherlands....

    I dit mean cottage cheese... we have fat free cottage cheese chunky and smooth

    Yip the dutch love their pickles... be careful of too much ... the salt content may interfere??

    Fresh tuna definitely a no no but I remember last time there were a lit if people doing tinned tuna... i am not a big fan so never added it to my list.... really want to eat as clean as possible on this round....and really font want to do this half-halfs as a standard it was just nice trying the combo today for a bit of a change.....

    You could try the excess egg white to make ‘oopsie bread’ need to find the recipe and see if it in fact P2 protocol.... need to check it out

    We do have a rich history for a tiny country, good and bad!

    I want to eat clean too so crab it is Will do tuna salad in P3.

    I think oopsie bread requires cream cheese? Definitely will be making those in P3!

    Great day; no hunger again. I think I figured out my happy dose.

    Weight 181.2. I can't wait to break below 180! I already feel so much better.

    Dinner was crab and cucumber salad. Crab is now gone. What a treat. This is probably my most favorite meal.
