    I have two really good fish suppliers close to me and my treat is getting crabs claws... nice summery salad!!

    but so much nicer in P3 with a bit of Mayo or thousand Island dressing

    Haven't. This was cooked and bagged at the fish department. And yes, it's good with garlic butter and I can't wait but I still love it like this as well!

    P2 Day 10

    Well, today is a bust. Weight is 182.4. Not doing steak again for a while. I worked out as well and there has been a stall or a slight gain when I do that but not this much. I also know I didn't drink enough so could also contribute. But who gains weight on P2??? Oh also, some spotting... WTH?

    Going to have to freeze my delicious steak and try it on a non-workout day later and see. Not sure what I will have today. Coffee first, and going to pout a bit.

    Lunch
    Chicken and cabbage, spiced with cumin, garlic, turmeric, and fenugreek. And what is better than cocoa sauce covered strawberries? Cocoa sauce covered orange! YUM!

    Dinner
    Scallops with cucumber salad, yum!

    Chin up girl... sometimes the scale wont play along... it is just your body thats reshuffling the fat a bit snd some days it just sticks it in the wrong place.... so girl... pull up your big girl panties.... while you can still wear them that is

    P2 D10. -0.4 total -9.8

    Slow and steady. Want big drops but slow and steady I’ll take.

    I had bison last night. Usually it doesn’t affect my arthritis but I’m slightly swollen today. Realized I’ve missed my medicine for 2 days in a row. Paying for it today! Bought my little guy a slide and he’s enjoying that while I sit on the couch and drink my tea. Wear him out for nap time!

    I’ve never worked out in p2. Even with b12 shots I don’t have the energy.

    Love having someone on the same vlcd as me.

    Cold again today. Another Cali kicker is in my future. Helps warm me up a smidgen

    Mmmm this is today's intake. Little more protein because I am not eating the grissini. I remember reading this was OK. I should probably have 4oz each meal. My calorie intake is 333

    With regard to your message to Maggie.... Do you prefer your Thread to stay clean of other discussions and keep it clean so you can just document your results and rather discuss in the October group?
    If that is what you prefer I will honour that.. I suppose we all start our own threads for different reasons...

    Me on the other hand invite interaction because I have heaps of thoughts, ideas, questions (often to myself) but it is where I do a brain dump and welcome input.. I do that because I do not want to dominate the monthly group with all my musings...

    For me it is not so much a journal but the journey...
    But let us know if you prefer to keep this as your Journal...and we will respect that...

    Not at all. I said I was fine with it. I just want to make sure Maggie didn't mean to post in the other thread. I get confused sometimes too.

    P2 Day 11

    Weight 182.4 so same I don't mind slow losses but I do mind gaining and staying there. Hard mentally even knowing this is temporary and my body is doing "other things." It better be!
    Workout day so a little worried about tomorrow. That said, I am on protocol and waiting for a drop to do egg, steak, or yogurt again. Having each once a week would be nice!

    On the menu, scallops and cucumber salad for lunch and will take a picture this time. So good!

    OK scallops are not protocol from what I was reading. I thought they fell under shell fish but they are not listed.

    Made shrimp/fennel/tomato/garlic/herbs pocket instead. Very good!

    Strawberries for snack.

    Dinner, mmm, something with chicken. Probably herb dijon and cabbage.

    I am also reaching 483 today!
