MrsStrong I think there are SO many with fish around teg world and it is hard to list them all
If you google HCG P2 Scallops you will see a lot of Scallop recipes..... There is no doubt that scallops is not a WHITE fish...
Because it is traditionally seared in butter/oil it is not commonly used....

    P2 Day12

    Weight 181.6
No bathroom trips for two days. May drink some smooth move tea.
Glad I almost reached 500 cals yesterday and will try to get over 400-450 each day. At 459 today. This is the plan:

I could change out the tomato for an orange but then I am over cals. Maybe I will pick work out days to go over and the off days to be fine under.

Adding meal pics as I go.

True, though scallops are its own thing, in my mind anyway. Not a fish, not a shrimp/lobster/crab. It may be fine, it may not. It is not listed on the extended approved list either which is pretty long.

I will look forward to them in P3 for sure though! So good! TJ has this big ones wrapped in bacon here. OMG

Ohh dear Plenty trips to the bathroom!! but I know what you mean... I have not had a BM this whole week!!
But whenever the thought comes up, I always imagine my body grabbing all of the 500calories and say..."Oh no, you not getting any of this back!!" ;-)

    P2 Day 13

    Weight 181.4
Super frustrated. A big gain earlier and now really slow losses. Average is 0.5 though so that is good. I will hold on to that. Down is better than up for sure, however so little! I will try steak, eggs, and yogurt next week again to see. I have never had issues with them before but I guess each round is different. I could even eat ground beef and tomato without an issue.

Still enjoying no hunger and planning things out to get my calories in!

I will add magnesium again. Thanks for the reminder, roselanoue!

    P2 Day 14

Weight 180.4! One pound gone since yesterday, even after a workout day! Really a good reminder that anything goes and this is not to be taken from day to day. I even had eggs because I ran out of other protein... But my calories were really low, 389.

    Meals planned:
    Strawberries with chocolate
    Chicken with cabbage
    Cod with onion and tomato

Today also only amounts to 397. If I eat 2 cups of cooked cabbage, it 433, so still low. I am not hungry but it still worries me. I get a lot closer to 500 if I were to have 4.5 oz of protein.

Hi, Just lurking and having a really, really slow round. I'm a bit rogue but not bad, however, it is the first time using Intermountain Homeopathic drops. Honestly I think it is just water. It tastes like water and has the consistency of water.

Homeopahtic remedies dissolved in water usually do! Definitely not just water since I was really hungry and adjusted my drops to where I am not. I have used HHCG before with good loss and maintenance.
So sorry you are having a slow round! It's always worth going POP just in case there is a culprit in food choices/combinations. That is where I would start. That said, a loss of 0.7 is above average so you are doing good!

Hi MrsStrong... you are on a roll girl... keep it going!!
It is hard to report a gain or a stall... but in this round as much as i hate a gain id a stall... i have learned not to beat myself up because i knew I was on protocol.... and our journeys are very similar do some days we win and some days we just have to sit it out....

Remind my what day are you on and what is your total loss so far!
    I know i am
A good one to talk... but be kind to yourself... let your goals be realistic and dont beat yourself up.... trust the process!!

And welcome!!.... good luck... stay strong!
