    P2 Day 15

    Weight 180.6
    Lalalalalalala going to ignore this upcreep. Sheesh LOL Had my pickled egg and meringues so who knows.
    Average loss over 14 days was 0.6 so not bad.

    Today's meal plan is getting me to 437 calories. It is hard to get up there for sure.
    Haven't made any new dishes so haven't posted pics. I may get to that again but rotating what I have has been good.

    Hi, Noticed that I had not edited my signature. You can see after 32 days my weight loss is terribly slow. I had started out on the pellets but ran out so I continued with the vlcd diet for 3 days until the HHCG drops arrived. I'm planning on going to 40 days. Even with POP and prescription drops, my biggest loss was about 15#. I'll hang in there for the next week and see how it goes.

    Hi Lizbo, your losses are indeed slow. If you wish, you can start you own topic and we can try to figure out what is going on.

    Hi Leez, I'm just going to finish this round on Saturday. My intent was to reverse the mind set of quarantine of open grazing, rewarding with food. I haven't been POP
    but for the most part I'm pretty good - my cheats have been other vegs, i.e. broccoli, brussels sprouts and sometimes some unsweetened almond/coconut milk with sugar free pudding - just to satisfy my sweet tooth and sanity. My next round will be with prescription strength drops but not sure when I will be able to start that. Would I really need to wait a year?

    Same... I was really hoping to get below 180 by now. Very hard. Maybe it is the foods. I am loving caramelized onions. Who knows. My foods are protocol. Maybe I am retaining water more on some days than others. I am not measuring but can tell my waist is slimmer.

    Had strawberries with cocoa, herb dijon chicken and cucumber for lunch. I had gotten my cooked fish and some salsa only to take a bit and realize the salsa had turned. EWW. Hope that does not do a number on me. I spit most of it out so shouldn't count as mixing meals LOL
    But hey, if I drop tomorrow, I may do that again. LOL

    Dinner
    Well, found 96% ground beef and last time beef and cabbage was a good combo for me. And I didn't have anything else since I had to throw the fish out with the pico. Anyway, I had beef again even though I gained weight after the steak... We shall see... Not sure why I am torturing myself LOL

    Those unwritten targets are the hardest..its as if our bodies are punishing us for expecting it.... I just have to lose about 1.1 Kgs and REALLY hoping to make it this week.... the big bulls eye is to break 80kgs on the round... which is 178.8lbs.... But I want to be two lbs less to my 2 lbs either way will not take me over 80kgs during stabilization....

    Weight 179.2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    So, conclusion: It's not eggs; it's not beef; it's not working out; it's not anything I can come up with. It just is. Worked out and had beef last night. I am a happy camper about the beef and going to thaw out my little steaks!

    I hear you, Yvonne! I would also hope to put my LDW in a happy safe zone. I doubt it will be 2 pounds under 170 though. I don't where I will be but I just hope to lose another 10 by the end of the round. It may be doable in 21 days but it is obviously not up to me when following protocol, LOL. I will be happy wherever, knowing there is another round.

    Yip I over analyze as well... would it not be great if we could predict how our bodies will react... I do think my tainted Hcg set me back a bit so need to give the new batch time to kick in
    You have a few extra days so just keep your eye on the prize... i can work with 170... fingers crossed

    Bwaaaaa LOL I was so excited about the beef, I had ground beef and cabbage for lunch, and then I didn't think and had steak for dinner! How is that for dumb???

    Morning MrsStrong....
    Do you always mix your veg in P2? I know it seems silly to consider having onion alone as a vegetable... this is why I stick to spring onion as a flavoring...But I guess with you cutting out the breadsticks and one or both fruits.... it makes sense to up your calories?
    Are you following a version of HCG 2.0? I read a bit about it and from what I remember it is 2.0....

    I don't think its all that bad 2 have two beef meals.... I do quite well on Beef.... only take care if I think I will go over my 500 calories... you should be ok... breathe!!!
