I use tomato as a fruitI do try and eat two fruits but sometimes the tomato is the fruit. I remember Grammy saying that was ok.

Halfway mark! Average loss 0.57.
On a pretty good roll. Meals are all pretty much the same ones, alternating. Working out is going ok too. Once or twice I started my work out and felt the energy drain instantly but otherwise, it's just fine. Certainly don't have the energy to build strength so keeping the weights low. Endurance is good most days.
Can I do this another 20 days? You bet!My next milepost is getting to 175. Will be very exciting!
