Are you following a version of HCG 2.0? I read a bit about it and from what I remember it is 2.0....

I don't think its all that bad 2 have two beef meals.... I do quite well on Beef.... only take care if I think I will go over my 500 calories... you should be ok... breathe!!!
I use tomato as a fruit I do try and eat two fruits but sometimes the tomato is the fruit. I remember Grammy saying that was ok.

I was eating my tomatoe today and I was wondering this. Because it is a fruit why it would be classed as a veggie.

I agree with the tomato can be regarded as a fruit, But I was looking at the pic with Cabbage and Onions?

I have so few choices of veggies so I stick to the 2+2....and Tomato is most often my go-to veggie... especially this time of year being hot

I guess beef is good for me now hahaha Not going to repeat having it for both mt meals, but good to know it's ok if it happens.

Meals: At least one beef today! LOL I am also craving eggs so I may do an omelet today with tomato and green onion. Fruits: strawberries and an apple.

    P2 Day 20

    Weight 177.4
    Tiny loss as expected.

    Halfway mark! Average loss 0.57.
On a pretty good roll. Meals are all pretty much the same ones, alternating. Working out is going ok too. Once or twice I started my work out and felt the energy drain instantly but otherwise, it's just fine. Certainly don't have the energy to build strength so keeping the weights low. Endurance is good most days.

Can I do this another 20 days? You bet! My next milepost is getting to 175. Will be very exciting!

Great attitude! When I hit the halfway mark, I didn't think I could possibly keep going, but I'm so glad I did because my weight loss really picked up speed in my fourth week. . . .
