    Not much else to report. This is the quiet and boring part of P2 when you just keep going. I am not going to set a milestone since I am under 175 which was my hope. That is 13.8 pounds gone and it is noticeable. More is awesome but I will be happy with anything. Then I will get where I want to be or close enough next round. Very happy.

    No interesting meals/recipes. I am enjoying my red cabbage and apple dish with a beef patty and chicken and cucumber salad so may do that again today.

    Haha--so true! I'm with you, sister. Glad to be here. Just riding it out at this point. I've achieved more than I expected already. Pretty nice place to be honestly.

    Gorgeous weather here and I keep planning on going outside to clean up the yard for winter so maybe today is it.

    Planning on some Greek fat-free yogurt today. After my one gain earlier, there has been no repeat of that with any foods. Only foods I have not had again are shrimp or scallops. I think I will just hold off since I am happy with what I am eating.

    Yio....Its that part of P2 when losses slow down and you just go through the motions... i have 4 shots left to see if I can recover a bit...

    0.4 a day, which is what I seem to be doing is pretty good though!

    But remember yesterday was a no loss...
    I am just hoping for something a little better....
    I have never had such a bad week on HCG...
    It looks like i could make my 10kgs.... but I am still hoping to get below 80kgs...but that would be expecting a lot from the next 4 days....But I do understand the circumstances and will take whatever i get and proceed into P3... the right way and keep it down...
    As I said from the start of this round was that I intended for the first time ever to do P3 the correct way

    I hope you can keep this in mind through your frustration with the scale, Yvonne. I really believe as your body clears the infection it will release the water weight from inflammation. Please do keep your eye on the prize of P3. I'll be right there with you--looking forward to continuing the adventure and supporting each other through the most crucial part--RESET and keeping it off for good!

    173.2! Now there is a nice drop!

    10 days to go! Next Monday is my LDD!
    I can't believe 4 weeks have passed and how well I am feeling. Not tired of it in the least. I think this is the perfect season for me to do this. I may feel differently when the holidays hit and I am in P3 but with erythritol being allowed I think I will actually be just fine! I have ice cream, pumpkin pie, apple crisp I can have. Sweetness!

    Now, IF I lose 0.4oz/day over 8 days I will get to 170!!! Fingers crossed!

    There are some gums in some, and monk fruit so I am not sure. Seriously, these are the best low carb ice creams imo!

    What shall I eat today? I think grilled beef patty with red cabbage and apple hahaha, and eggs with green onions and salsa. <<<----- I plan on this for my first P3 breakfast with added bacon and avocado! Yum!

    Fingers crossed!!

    I'm living on red cabbage and apple, though I also like to mix in a squirt of dijon and a squirt of stone ground mustard for variation. I love mustard, so it's a nice flavor punch for me. I also do green cabbage and apple with turmeric, garlic, ACV, and sometimes brown mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Also very nice. But I'm of European peasant stock and eating cabbage for every meal is in my DNA.
