Thread: What is Homeopathic HCG? (HHCG)

  1. #13
I have used Frequency Apps in the past with great success. I know their hcg works well. Triumph 40 are really good homeopathic drops too. You may want to try those.

I have seen conflicting info on dosage for Frequency Apps hhcg drops. How long do you hold the drops under your tongue for? I have seen 10 seconds to 10 minutes?? Please advise

I do mine anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple minutes. I put them under my tongue and try and keep them there as long as I can. You can't really do it to long. Sometimes I forget earlier and swallow other times I remember.

    Good luck!

Is the activation thing seems to be more of a placebo effect? Mentally we get in a state of thinking the drops are working better, thus we mentally trick ourselves into think the drops are working better. Is there any proof that the activation changes the compound? I've done things like that with other diets and i lost more, because when you think "skinny" you get skinny. State of mind has seems to be half the trick to weight loss for me. I'm not trying to be negative, if it works for you it works, and I know things like that work for me, but it just doesn't seem correct that they need to be "activate" differently than shaking (which my drops say to do)

Well just as overeating is partially a state of mind (i.e emotional eating on a bad day) the same can be said for losing weight.

If you think in a losing weight mindset, you mentally fulfill the need to eat, like when you think about the outcome you are trying to reach before going for that bad for you snack, the goal in your mind stops you from grabbing that unhealthy snack, and then gives you this "I feel full boost". You mentally controll your eating, its controlled by the hypothalamus in your brain. Placebo effect happens alot in weight loss. There are so many company's selling weight lots drops and diet pills that are basically multivitamins with caffeine, which, realistically doent cause weight loss. If someone doesn't know to read the ingredients in what they buy, but they lose weight anyways, its because they were mentally tricked into thinking it was working, so their mind and body worked together.

Just saying these things work, but they also have a mental affect, and get us out of the mental patterns we were in before regarding food. If people are using the real deal or a "knock off" of a weight loss supplement and they lose weight then that's great because ultimately that's the goal no matter how you get there. But the mind does play a HUGE part in our bodies, especially with regards to weight loss and weight gain.

Grammy is a bud of mine. According to her...and she is well researched....48 hours is all that is needed after hhcg. She says it only stays in the system for 48 hours after. She was my source. She is a moderator here. I don't dispute anyone else's research. Just naming my source. Happy vibes all around.

100% agree with all that is being said about putting things in the mouth. HCG diet does help bad habits, emotional eating and habitual overeating though.

I know there do exist certain brands of hhcg that MUST be succussed. The ones with no alcohol in them are the brands. The brands with alcohol supposedly don't have to be succussed. I do it anyway. I figure even if it's just placebo effect...it's as good a pixie dust and I'll try it. whoo hoo!

One more thing about homeopathics...my understanding of how they work is on energy principles that are not the same as general science. Remember....according to general science we should not be losing weight at all, hhcg doesn't work in any way or help us lose the weight. The general science community says we are only losing weight because of a dangerously low calorie diet. HOWEVER....we all know this is a load of hoohah. So..my point is this....activating is not the same as mixing a compound or mixing New Edge RX grade hcg. Different principles.

Interesting... I'm on homeopathic HCG from Triumph and my drops don't say to shake or activate. I was told to measure my drops like we would measure out any medication dosage instead of doing a specific number of drops. I think that is a lot easier than trying to count out how many drops I'm putting under my tongue. They also say to keep them there for about 30 seconds. Refrigeration is not required either... I haven't tried it because I don't think I'd like to put something cold under my tongue. Also, our protocol says not to eat or drink for 15 minutes before or after the drops, not 30 minutes. And, lastly, our protocol says that if you do not take the drops then up your calories immediately, they don't require waiting 24 hours or 48 hours or 72 hours without taking HCG before upping calories. However, they do say to add calories slowly so you wouldn't be eating 1500 calories the first day off Phase 2 for example. I have seen so many different protocols and I think its important to go with what is suggested by the company we get our product from.

I followed protocol to a T and lost 30 pounds in 30 days my first round. I'm on round 2, and have lost 16.8 pounds in 16 days and following in a very similar pattern to my first round.
