    Well, I haven't weighed in since Saturday (no change on Saturday). I will weigh in again tomorrow for my weekly total. Between not sleeping at. all. (I put myself to bed, but just couldn't sleep), aunt flo's arrival, and just a really hectic schedule, I feel like I've been doing well to simply remain on the diet! I also had to skip some pill dosages, because something wasn't working right (I'm going to try 3 pellets 3x a day...because the 4 may have been too much). Just tweaking as I go, and doing the best I can! Week 2 (thanks to aunt flo) will probably stink, so I'm just laying the groundwork for week 3!

    Hey everybody. I'm around, on plan and doing OK, though Tom is here so I'm stalling. Trying to figure out my end date and am drawing a blank all of a sudden. Is it a minimum if 21 days of hcg (including load), then 3 vlcd without drops? Or 23 days on hcg total. Can't believe I've forgotten this! I used to be the expert!

    Love this site. Quick search gave me the answer. 23 days on drops including load then 2 vlcd. That'll put me on a plane to Barcelona on day 19 of phase 3. Ug. That's assuming I can stabilize at all in P3 (please oh please).

    Morning all- just noticed I had forgotten to post last few days !! been crazy with graduations, partys etc... tis the season I guess.... anyhow yesterday after a long wknd was up 1.8 lbs- alot was water weight I know so scale showed a loss of .8 today so thats good 1 lb to go to get back where I want to be..... I tell ya if I do not get my allotted water in daily that darn scale just shoots up like a rocket!! LOL hate when that happens... anyhow off for now all- good luck to all the P2ers...

    LisaK, I don't know how you cannot weigh in every morning, it would drive me crazy to not know where I am at!! Good for you!!
    Mrs. 5.8 is pretty nice, you must be close to your goal weight?? Congrats!!
    AFM- I am still in P4 within my +/- 2 lbs usually on the high end of that but I am OK with it so far. TOM is creeping around and should be knocking on my door in the coming days, I had a sugar craving actually it was more like a soda craving so I caved and had a San Peligreno's carbonated drink yesterday. I really enjoyed it which is weird cause I am not a soda drinker at all, but my skin has rebelled and I have broken out on my face. Could be a combination of TOM's upcoming arrival and the sugar??? Anyways today is a new day and I need to find my resolve not to give in to the junk!! Have a great day everyone!!

    I am so happy to have survived three weeks of company, graduations AND still losing. Down another pound today and I am so thrilled. This will be my last week on the patches for this round. I will be moving to P3 next week or so. Glad to see everyone still hanging in there. Rock ON!!!

    Good Morning! I weighed in this morning to 173.4, so down a little over 8 pounds week one. Not the stellar numbers I was hoping for, but I'm sure TOM is screwing around with my numbers a bit (and then, there was that stomach virus). Being week 2, this week is probably going to stink anyway, throwing TOM in there nearly guarantees it. I'm going to keep plugging along, this may wind up being my worst round ever, but I'll be better than where I was. Some progress is better than nothing, right? Of course, I still have a long, long way to go until we get to the end of June/beginning of July! My absolute "quit" day is July 11th, because I need to be solidly in P3 before my business trip to Chicago the following weekend, and a trip to Atlanta the end of July. I doubt my pellets will hold out that long, though. But, even if I only lose 25# this round, I'd still finish in the 150's...

    I changed my dosage to 3 pills, and I think that may be a happy place for awhile. It's funny how my first round I had to go up to 5, and then back down a bit towards the end. My 2nd round 4 was my happy place, and this time 3...that will probably change a little, though. Oh, you all should watch Dr. Lustig on "The Skinny on Obesity." There are 6 (soon to be 7) short videos on line, and they do a great job talking about the body's chemistry and why calories-in-calories-out is really a myth.

    Yeah, there is nothing like that first round, first week loss. You are doing great! Just remember how week 2 can be and don't let it get you down.

    Hi Diane, you are so amazing stable. Hope that happens to me this round. I was for the first two, but blew it on the 3rd. Back to knowing what I can and cannot do!!!

    Still don't know what made me go up 1+ lbs. the other day, may have been water because it came right back off the next day, but then I had dinner out three nights in a row. Was pretty good, but cheated a little, so up about a pound. I start a PI on Friday, so today is last drops. PI is just for the long weekend, so hopefully won't do too much damage. Then we'll see what we can do for the next two weeks. I'll end the round, with whatever it yields on 6/15. Have a great Tuesday everybody.
