Today is actually day 1 of P3. So nice to be eating again. Played 9 holes of golf this morning so got some nice exercise in too.

Lydia ~ Way to go! Drink LOTS of tea and water today to keep your tummy full and enjoy breakfast tomorrow. I'm with you on the "keep it off." Maybe if we continue to check in here, the accountability will keep us in line?

Have people generally needed to lower dosage on hhcg with consecutive rounds? This is day two of being hungry. I am at the lowest dose per the bottle: 5 drops 4x a day. I was at 6 4x a day when starting and had to go down. I probably should go down again? Skipping one dose... which would be 4 drops less total, or lessening by one drop for the next two dosages, making it two drops less. Thoughts? Skipping would give a better idea I know, but I don't want to have to wait too long either...

Well I am mid round of Phase 2 (VLCD14) and due to spilling my first I bought a new bottle of HHCG drops. Had to go somewhere new because the ones I bought we're pulled off the shelf. These came from The Offical HCG Diet and I gotta say, they sure seem like water. My others had alcohol so of course the taste was strong. But these seem thinner too. And shouldn't it taste like soMething??? It makes me so nervous. I've been working so hard. I would be devestated if they aren't real. I did write them and ask for them to verify the ingredients and they immeidately wrote back and said the HCG is in there 3X 6X 12X 30X 60X. It's so hard to trust tho. If I'm go through this just to suffer because my body isn't burning my abnormal fat... ugh. Need assurance.

Hi everybody, I am new here and today is my first loading day, Im using official hcg diet. I was wondering when all of you loaded in the past, how much did you really eat. I have no appitite today. whether this is from the drops or the day from hell that im having at work im not sure, but im worried about not loading enough. Also, Its TOM for me, can this affect my first week results?
I forced myself to eat lots of foods higher in fat, but avoided high carb foods - forced myself to eat lots in order to avoid headaches and hungries in the first week. That's how I approach loading, others may disagree. My vlcd1 this round was day 3 of my TOM and I've dropped 9.6 after 5 days (today is day 6.)

down .8 today which is strange but overall just over 4 pounds in 2 days so I'll take it - I have had faster losses in previous rounds but that is okay ... I did have communion and wine at church yesterday - any other church goers out there? do you still partake in communion?

So I made it through day 1 of loading,not good!! I feel better today and did not have any problems eating breakfast. Im wondering though, I did not gain anything overnight, is this ok, did I eat enough?
