    Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

    Well, it finally happened - my rings (after having been very loose) are tighter today, and I feel very bloated - so I'm up .4 today which backs off my week's total from 12 to 11.6 net loss...

    Not to worry - I know how this works...the fat cells that were emptied out are filling with water, which will then result in a whoosh, and on it goes, into the roller coaster of week two...

    Yes, I tried it on my P3. I was still able to maintain just fine. My husband is diabetic and it is the only bread (and Ezekiel cereal) that does not raise his blood sugar very much. It's a great find, and all I know is that it worded for me.
