Happy Easter everyone. I drastically increased my calories yesterday....I ended up around 1900. And I was up .8 today, but still .4 below LDW. So considering how much I added yesterday, I don't feel that is too bad. Is there a ratio we should be working towards for fats, carbs and proteins. My numbers yesterday were 55C, 99F and 154P. I guess you can say I haven't been scared of adding back in the fats. I love being able to cook with olive oil again. The only things I have added in so far are different proteins, fats, different veggies and cream in my coffee. I may try cheese today and see what happens. And I haven't done any fruits yet.

I ordered another bottle of Drops today, going to see if I have anything left in me too lose. I also haven't been much support to Daniel so hopefully with me doing it, it will help keep him on the right track. Not sure if I will wait for the weekend or start right away.
Happy Easter Sunday everyone! Food wise I'm keeping today low key because I don't want to be tempted to cheat. Today I was at 161 so I'm down 0.4. I will take it! Only a pound away from the 150's I can't wait!!

Yesterday I went to dinner at a friend's house and had spaghetti for the first time since before I started P2 in January and had TWO! pieces of garlic toast!! It was sure yummy! I'm exactly the same today so I know I'm stable, which really is a relief!
