I'm glad I didn't go overboard as I could have easily done that too!!!
It's funny because aside from the grains and sugar, I eat all that. I have a huge amount of heavy whipping cream every day (probably 9T at least) and 3 T coconut oil (which I will raise). I can make P3 ice cream with either coconut milk or heavy whipped cream, so will do that and will just have to snack in between meals since I eat till satiation at meal time already.

Good Morning - quiet here this weekend. Down 3 lbs today to 143.6, I knew a lot of the weight was water weight from soy sauce. I'm hoping this round to be better than my last round first week, I lost 6 lbs. We'll see what this week brings. Everyone in my house has a sore throat and I'm not exempt. Really don't want to take medicine. Heard that marshmallow root is good so I've taken that for the past couple days.

Another busy day here today. Cleaning, baseball practice. Hubby is working nights this weekend and it's very hard to keep the little boys quiet very stressful.

Hope everyone has a blessed Sunday!

I can't believe I haven't been here since January...the last few months have completely flown by for me. Skimming through this thread it looks like there are still some familiar faces around. I hope you all are doing wonderfully! I wanted to check in with a little update for anyone who might care, lol.

I did my 2nd round January-February, but it wasn't a very good one for various reasons. I got down to my lowest, 133, which was 3 lbs. away from my goal of 130. But I didn't stay there for long and I gradually gained some weight back. I'm now hovering around the 140s (where I ended R1) and I'm not really happy with it, but I've pretty much accepted that I'm going to stay at this weight at least for a while. I've thought about doing another round with the little bit of HHCG I still have, but it would not be best for me right now. I'm about to finish up student teaching, still working on my thesis (which I'm way behind on), and the wedding is less than 2 months away! I have enough stress in my life and obsessing over losing weight is not going to help.

I really did become obsessed, and even when I was at 133 I felt worse about myself than when I started HCG at around 170. I felt like if I made it to 130, that wouldn't be enough and I would want to lose even more. And honestly I don't know if I would ever be satisfied if I had kept trying to lose. Sometimes I had thoughts that would scare me and I'm pretty sure I was on the edge of an eating disorder. I definitely had disordered thoughts and did some disordered behaviors. I still have bad thoughts sometimes but like I said I've basically accepted myself even though I'm not exactly happy with where I am. I'm not actively trying to lose weight, but I still try to eat healthy and I've been maintaining for the last couple months.

Anyway there's my basic update. I've really missed being here and talking to all of you but obviously it wouldn't have been good for me to come here the last few months. I probably won't be around here anymore unless I ever start HHCG again, but if anyone wants to contact me you can email me at [email protected]. I would love to hear from my old friends from here and see how things are going for you! I wish everyone here the best

I am up .5 over my limit this morning not going to sweat it, will eat clean today and see if I can get it off without having to do a correction. We have a new puppy in the house as of Saturday, he's a pretty good boy and is sleeping through the nights in his crate. Busy here between my 5 other dogs, the puppy, horse and trying to get my real life job done everyday. Boss has been away to Cuba with his family and this Saturday will be my first day off since the first week in April. Sooooo looking forward to that!

Hannah~ sorry your leaving us, wish you much success in the future with your health, job and life! I totally understand it when you say obsessed as I think I was/tend to be like that sometimes. I still look at myself and cannot be totally happy. Though I always try to tell myself that its far better than it was. Best of luck to you!!

Good morning my friends! It's been a long time since I've checked in. I am hanging at about 3 above LPW. Still running and just truly enjoying life and eating...lol! I would really like to lose 10 lbs but for now I am just enjoying not worrying about it.

I hope you all are well and your getting closer to reaching your goals!

Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

    Good Morning everyone! Happy Monday!

This weekend was a working in the house weekend. My muscles feel the burn! However, 4 lawn and leaf bags later this house is CLEAN!!! Gearing up for my daughter's graduation from the University of South Florida on Saturday; parents are making their way south from Colorado and should be here by Tuesday; Air Force son will be here on Friday from Charleston; youngest son graduates from high school (the last of the litter) on the 19th. May is gonna be a month filled with lots of exciting milestones and I am going to do my best not to alter my course.

On Friday I switched from the drops to the patches.....what a difference. No more worrying about timing drops with water/food intake. So much easier! Thanks Cindy!

Hope everyone had a good weekend. Stay strong!!

Gonna be a long summer/rainy season if she doesn't get it together! No sure what to do about her!
