Has anyone start another round after only three weeks on P3 instead of 6 weeks? I want to start early. I'm not having any problems staying within 2 pounds of my last vlcd weight. I felt better on P2. A lot of the allowed foods in P3 are making my abdomen bloat up ... so I'm just not eating them. I'm pretty much eating the same foods that are allowed in P2 just more of it.

    Howdy folks.

Yesterday I lost .7, today I lost 1.9! So all in all, not too bad. I'm secured into the 220's. Maybe another week and I might, dare I see it, see the 2 teens!

I'm using HHCG pellets. In round 1 I lost a little over 36 pounds in about 40 days. Now I am currently stabilizing, rather well if I might add, on phase 3. I will likely do one more round so I can get down near 185, which is a healthy weight for my build.

The ACV is reallly icky, so I wouldn't do a shot, did that and about passed out LOL. It helps some I guess, but didn't seem to help me so... have you considered a detox bath?
LOL!! I know all about bad aim...I think boys need bigger toilets.

Leslie...that is a dang good idea! Thanks! Not sure my 9 and 11 year old will like it, but hey, if it works it works.

Has anyone here tried Grammie's laser method to test for food allergies? Has it worked? I'm really anxious to hear some success stories before I go into p3 and reintroduce dairy, eggs, etc.

I did it, maintained well in P3 but was in a hurry to get back to P2. First round was a short round BTW. This is my second round now (planning on going for a longer round)and am going to do the full 6 weeks as I want to be sure that I am going to be able to maintain the weight before moving onto the final round. I also want to give my body and skin a chance to catch up. I also think it will be good for my mind as well.

Good luck with whatever you choose.

Just a quick question for any of you who cook fish. I have been baking it in a foil wrap in the oven with a cajun spice. Could any of you share some ideas on cooking fish? I have never been a lover of fish but am MAKING myself eat it. Am starting to enjoy it but its getting kinda boring. TYIA

    I dry pan-fry mine.

I lightly coat it with seasonings such as the cajun or creole or old bay low sodium with a bit of cayenne. Heat a skillet to medium and toss it in. Let it cook for a bit and flip it. For a thicker piece, I add a bit of water and cover it after I turn in.

About the Apple Cider Vinegar, I use the Braggs brand, and put 1 Tbsp in a 16 oz bottle of water and then add about 5 drops of flavored stevia, usually vanilla creme or chocolate raspberry, because I thought the orange or lemmon was too tart with the ACV. This is my "juice" with my strawberries or 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast; and with my apple or orange for afternoon snack. Diluted and sweeten like that, it isn't too bad.

I don't know if it has helped with this round or not, but every afternoon I have 150 g of apple, diced and tossed in 2 tbsp of the Braggs ACV... then I down whatever acv is left after. I did add 1/8th tsp of baking soda for a few days which cuts the acidity down greatly but I've stopped that for now.
