    Good morning!

I hope everyone survived their Monday ok!

LYDIA -- You look amazing! I am glad you had a successful night.

I am really intrigued by all of you on the patch. It seems every one of you is having great success!

AFM -- I continue to inch downward...down one day and back up the next but overall the losses are more than the gains.

    Hugs to all,
    Dave

Good morning. I lost 1.4 on my steak day yesterday. Doing a protein day today, with no cheese or eggs and limited dairy. May not lose again, since TOM is coming up, but hope I do. I am now 2.2 above my allowable +2 LDW (so actually 4.2 above LDW) wish me luck. Work party today with LOTS of carbs. I have my tuna salad ready to go, though, and if there is anything I can eat from the choices I will, but I will be EXTREMELY careful. Everyone have a great day!

    MOONUNIT,

I could not work out at all on P2 and most of P3. My body just simply could not tolerate both and perhaps yours is the same way? I did walk around the block a few times a day but nothing more than that. My guess is you need more protein for the workouts but not sure that leads to a successful P2. Perhaps others have more insight.

    Hugs,
    Dave

Still getting massive headaches around 3:00. I got home yesterday and scarfed down broccoli, tofu and edamame (all as I was cooking for DD). Then some totally NOT P2 stuff as well. Should i add breakfast, or a bigger lunch, or more food post-workout? I'm not happy, I'm about 1.2 lb above my LDW from last Thursday. I have 2 more days to wear this patch so I don't want to take it off and have it wasted. But I think I may add an extra meal in today including, dare i say it, mixing vegetables & proteins! Any one else out there have to readjust to to working out? I'm loving the feeling of tired muscles etc and I'm not stopping. Just have to find the right combo.
I am by no means an expert (this is my first round), but it sounds like you know what the issue is, and are listening to what your body is telling you, so perhaps add an extra meal? I have also mixed vegetables, normally tomatoes with lettuce for salad, or onions with whatever, but have also done mushrooms which are not on program And I have something for breakfast, it was an apple but I find I do better when I have an egg. So listen to your body

I'm loving the patches too! So far a pound a day average since I put the first one on!! That's crazy, and better than I did on the drops. I love that I don't have to remember anything but to change the patch. Which I set my phone to remind me lol. I was terrible at remembering to take the drops or not eat/drink after taking them... so this is fabulous! Mind you I am still a little hungry but I think I'm one of those people that will be hungry no matter what version of HCG I use, and this is way less than I was on the drops.

You know, I get hungry more than I had anticipated so I add another "hcg friendly" meal in my day and it doesn't seem to have stalled any fat loss.

Technically, you may want to consider not working out. After reading through Simeon's work, you should not exercise as you will expend TOO many calories that your body doesn't have access to burn... that may also by why you are feeling the way you do.

    Good luck
    48 pounds and counting...WOOOHOOO

Down 2lbs this morning after my high protein day yesterday. TOM has quit lurking and has made hiss appearance this morning as well. Maybe he was the reason for my gain?? JERK! LOL Gonna follow up today an do another high protein day today and make sure it sticks.

MoonWhat have you got to lose by trying? I would add in an extra meal for a day or two and see how your body responds. And I would make sure you added in more protein because your body needs it after your workout.

Dave Happy to see you staying here and letting us know how you are doing, so many finish their rounds and disappear. Thanks for sticking around :-)

Gwenna I love the patches too! Don't think I'd ever go back to drops unless I had to. A pound a day is awesome!!

Melissa Nice steak day loss!! I would personally follow it up with a lean high protein day to make it stick. Just my $.02 though

Ceridwen Love that the patches are agreeing with you and nice 1.4 loss!! Your off to a great start once again!!

Have a great Tuesday everyone, make it count!!

Good Morning to all you Losers out there (as I say this lovingly) - I hope everyone is having a fabulous Tuesday Morning.

Lydia - you look darling in your dress. So glad your event was a success.

Moon - I'd definitely look into eating breakfast. Do you know if maybe your body is shooting out toxins when you get headaches? Or does this happen when you are even in the middle of P2?

Great Job CERIDWEN!! I LOVE the patches too. So easy.

Good Luck Melissa - You'll be right back down in no time. I think I'm fearing P3 with all the ups and downs.

Wallsie - thanks for all your wonderful insight. So glad to have your help!

    WOW Diane - down 2! That's fantastic!!!

AFM - I'm down .6 today to 151.2 and down into 22.99 BMI YIPPPPPPEEEEE!!! Mini Goal Achieved! I'd really like to get to 21 BMI but I don't think I will get there within the 9 days I have left on P2. I've been averaging around 2.8 lbs a week. So happy with this WOE/WOL. I'm so missing chocolate though, not sure what to do about that one. I usually crave at TOM, but this month I was okay, now Ovulation time, I'm sniffing the stuff like nobody's business!!!

Well, I hope everyone has a wonderful day and I'll be peeking in all day to see what everyone has on their mind!!!

    Great loss Cindycinman! Excellent

I'm down another .2 today, but will totally take it! I'll take anything that is downward, though I wish it was going a little faster This is week 4 for me so I have about 2 3/4 weeks to go before P3. I'm still averaging .75 a day but if I keep losing this slowly it is likely to go down... Going to try eating sirloin tonight and see if it helps me or hurts me!

Thanks all for the advice on the tea! I found two Bigelow plantation mint's stuck in a weird place in the tea drawer and forgot how much I LOVE those! Going to be getting more for sure Happy tuesday all!

Hi everyone ... sorry I have been MIA but life has been crazy busy :-( I try to get on and at least read everyday, but there has just not been time for posting.

AFM - After I dropped down under 140 on 2/2 I decided to do a PI - I was struggling hard and really needed a break. I've been doing well on P3 - about 1 lb. over LDW. Going to stay on the PI until after my brother in laws wedding on the 18th, then do a 1 day mini load and back on P2 to drop these last 10 or so pounds. I have done a little clothing shopping this weekend and was able to buy a pair of tall black boots (never could wear them because of my fat calves) and I fit into a size 8 jeans! I was shocked! Hubby and I went out to see a friend's band on Saturday - here is a picture of me in my tall boots and small jeans!

I promise I'll try to get in here more often! Have a great day everyone.

I would like to shed another 40lbs before summer hits, which is fast approaching. I think I need someone to shove me into taking the drops again lol
I know the feeling. Sounds like you have done well so far. I just had to "do it" and keep option open to stop this round in order to go for it. Also, stopping on the 15th or before no matters what. May decide to cycle at that point. Not sure. Just had to believe I didn't have to stay with it long in order to get going.

Sounds to me like you are having blood sugar issues. If you want to keep working out then add more food. I recommend protein in am and eat small amts. of your plan frequently... add breakfast to the protocol of protein and veggies. I always mix veggies and it never hurts me.

Oh, patches. Sounding so tempting if I didn't already have a fairly full bottle of drops. Way to go, as always

I saw a site that uses xylitol made chocolate for their HCG plan. Interesting, huh? Of course, a bag of 30 was 50 bucks. LOL. Way to go on the losses.
