    Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

    I had an awesome sleep (sorry smiley) An awesome step on the scale of exactly -1 lb, the worst was it was damn cold first thing on the feet lol
    So its been a good morning so far!!!

    The hunger may pass, but if it doesn't, yes, I would cut down on the toast. You are only allowed 1 2x/day. I don't eat them at all, but many just need the crunch. But if you are going to need to go over (and 511 is fine) make the increase in protein or veggies, not fruit (sugar) or toast (carbs). I always opt for protein because it fills me up faster and keeps me full longer. So much of this diet is an exploration and learning. You are doing great.

    Hello everyone! Hope this year has started out great for you all...I took a long break after my last round, but am gearing up to start Round 3. I still have some drops leftover to get going, but recieved a disturbing email from the company I usually order from last night!!! It says that all labs registered with the FDA have discontinued manufacturing all products that containg hCG as an ingredient!!!?????? So I immediately went to their website...(totallyhcg.com) and sure enough...NO MORE DROPS...AHHHHHH!!!! What is happening here? Is this going on with other companies? Where do you guys order from??? I feel the need to STOCK UP!!! LOL!

    I'm agreeing with BarbaraS here. Lay off the toast. It can make some people crave more and most of us don't need the blood sugar rise from the wheat. Many of us find we feel better and lose better by eliminating it completely.

    It is much safer to increase your veggies (except for tomato-- due to sugar again) and protein if you need to. If that doesn't help, your dosage needs adjusting. The only reason I suggest adding the protein first is because as a man you have a lot more muscle to maintain. Maybe a couple of the guys here can chime in with their experiences.

    i havent mentioned guys in a while?? things fizzled out but on good terms - too much of age difference etc so nothing to report! but this guy moved to town - he 38 - ok - im still 8yrs older - but at least hes in his 30s right?! he called me last night - said he'd call me today wants to take me to lunch! lets see if he follows through with that idea!

    and we are also going out dancing fri night - thats not a "real" date cuz it kind of transpired as a group of pple going - i had an extra ticket i needed to sell and hes buying it from me? - so now its looking like he and i might go together - if he has to work he's going to meet us there. sorry for all the details - its ALL ive had goin on tho so I'm a little excited!!!!

    i got some stuff on sale yest - i hadnt been shopping in while felt SO good to still be wearing small stuff? - I think I keep expecting that to change but it hasnt!!!! So I got 2 choices - scored both on sale - one is dressier - i cant decide if I should wear the more casual one- and "look good but not looking like I'm TRYING to look good outfit ya know?? OR just go for the other one - that will probably be more Obvious that I'm trying to look good - - --aaarrrghhhhhh!!! eeeiiiggghhhhhhh - I havent liked a guy since coffee guy - i dont know how to act!!!

    for those of you that dont know me - I knickname the guys i have crushes on! there "was" a coffee guy - there STILL is a yoga guy - NOW - I guess I'll call this guy tall guy - so far . . .
